Topic: America: freedom to fascism and other thoughts

America: from freedom to Fascism;

I was watching this on Google Video ( http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid … to+Fascism ) I got to thinking; if we were to send a letter to every Representative in the House and every Senator in the Senate with a letter and a Freedom of Information Act request for the federal statute that specifically states that all american citizens are subject to federal income tax - whould we get a uniform resposne? Would we get the truth?

Montalk may remember that I wanted to write further about Fascism in America - that I wanted to talk about the Fascist turn we took after the incorporation of SS and Nazi intelligence agents into the SoS which became the CIA.

I have more information now and have some speculation on the issue;

Assuming the video for America: Freedom to Fasicm has a basis in truth, where the "Federal Reserve" and the IRS are private banking industries, would not the move towards fascism simply be the desire of the private banking industry running the illegal IRS and Fed. Reserve in an effort to ensure a policing of their financial victims.

If you have an illegal monopoly on a direct tax of a citizenry - wouldnt you want a fundamental police state with extremely advanced military capabilities to ensure that there could not be any successful revolt against your control system.

On another note:

Regarding the supposed Reptilian Native race that has inhabited the Earth since before Humans, wouldnt it be in their best interest to support all the Wars and Strife of Humans hoping we will kill eachother out?

I think you all might be interested in the following video:

I have read a lot of the same information as Freeman, but he puts things together in a very nice way...

I also like being reminded of the subtle things around us each day that we forget. For example; the merging of Isis, Ra and El into the name Israel.

Re: America: freedom to fascism and other thoughts

It would take a great upheaval for this to be noticed, I'm going to try and get my uncle to watch this video who is a tax attorney and see what he says about it

I'll have to check the video out.

I've been researching the whole tax thing here in Canada for a little while now.  I'm no pro and just really trying to figure things out for myself, so If I get some details wrong, then my apologies but I'm sure we can all agree that we're being taken for a ride by tptb.

The legislation is there, but the trick is in how they define a taxpayer and whether or not you educate yourself on how to reclaim your rights as a soverign person, a natural person rather than be entreched in the system as an artificial person.   Artificial person is the government entity that is formed to represent us, you can see this on all bank forms, government forms, in the fact that your name will be capitlized.  They capitilize on your rights.. get it?

I dunno, maybe all of this stuff is covered in the video you mentioned.

I just stumbled upon it in conversation about a year ago while working with a contractor.  He builds houses and I was helping out for a couple of weeks and somehow it came up.  I started quizzing him and it all started coming out, though the first thing he mentioned is that fact that you have to educate yourself, no one can exercise your rights for you.  www.naturalperson.com  is a good place to startand i'm sure there are similiar educational websites for the US.

He makes over a $100,000 a year and hasn't paid taxes in 8 years.  He has actually been on the phone with the CCRA (Canadian version of IRS) and they can't actually tell him where it's written that you have to pay taxes.  I've called too, when I was research into branching out into self-employment with the same results: stumbling agents on the phone that can't actually direct you anywhere.  He's mentioned how they tried to get him with 'fish' letters, basically just sending him a letter saying that you owe blah blah, if you respond, your hooped as you have just entered into a contract.... contract law.. it's what it really comes down to but people are too busy to educate themselves so they pay and pay and pay.  He's been in courts and had to 'present' himself as a natural person rather than represent himself.. get it.. you are there representing your aritificial person cuz most of these laws apply to that entity.  Even when the judge calls your name... you can get caught up there if you don't know what you're doing..

The first thing they do in the Canadian Tax Act is redine all the important words and even if you catch that, you still have to figure out how they use other terms 'including, includes' etc and redefine them to mean the opposite or others.  It's all perfectly legal as they told you what the new definations are.... crazy...

Don't get me wrong, I'm still learning bigtime and I still pay taxes as an employee and will do so until I figure it out and slowly remove myself from the system; but, I'm learning and the more I learn, the more blown away I am.  I've tried bringing it up with some friends and most of them just give me the 'uh yah' or just 'uh' blank looks and the conversation moves on to other matters.

Check it out and I would be interested in any other resources some of you out there might have...

Hi WB,

For more info about income tax in Canada, check this out:

Keep me posted on your income tax education.  I'm self-employed and am working towards walking away from the tax monster...  Perhaps we can help each other in this regard with ideas, etc.

In fact there is a statute, right at this link ... what Tax Protestors do is look at the statute and say it's not consistent or clear enough, and then they pretend as if there is no statute at all.  Read how clear it is for yourself, it is fine.

Dylan, I don't want to pull this thread off-topic by getting into a discussion on income tax law, but go back and read that page you linked again.  You'll notice the whole thing hinges on the definition of the word income itself:

26 U.S.C.  § 61

[G]ross income means all income from whatever source derived,

If you do your homework you will find that the legal definition of the word "income" has a far different meaning than what most people understand the word to mean.    I recommend Irwin Schiff's excellent book The Federal Mafia if you want to learn what's really going on here.

It's that simple, Aaron deceives you into believing there is not even a statute ...

Dylan, if you have seen the movie then you know darn well that it is not just some film-maker making some wild claims about the law.   The whole film consists of interviews and quotes with Congressmen, tax officials and agents, and legal researchers -- all very credible and intelligent people.   To suggest that in this film "Aaron deceives you ..." is slanderous and quite dishonest of you, Dylan; you are OBVIOUSLY misrepresenting what is going on in the film (someone asking honest questions and being consistently stonewalled).    If anything you are the one being deceptive here.

I can't find the quote now but there is a court decision which says that you are not required to do anything unless the law is 100% specific and clear on what it is that you are supposed to do.   That is not now and has never been the case with the so-called "income tax" in America.    There's also a legal principle in America that the law has to be written so that any personal of average intelligence can actually understand it.

Re: America: freedom to fascism and other thoughts

It's funny, the whole point Aaron Russo makes in the movie is how the lower courts continue to define income as they please, in utter defiance of numerous Supreme Court decisions.  And these lower court rulings are what dylan's first link cites.     I suggest everyone watch the film and do their OWN homework.   Don't take the word of any stranger on a web forum.

Re: America: freedom to fascism and other thoughts

Morningsun, I agree.

dylanfarms, I think some of the information you're accepting el facto is quite... 'processed' and insubstantial in the big bowl of pertinent info.  No offense but you also seem to have a lot invested in your opinion (eg. that Aaron Russo is doing such a 'disservice').

A few days ago Dr. Mercola commendably posted the video to his subscriber list of 800,000 or so.  His new site is open to comments & there's some interesting viewpoints being posted here:
