Topic: healing burns

An interesting series of reports on healing burns at http://www.quantumtouch.com/burn.php using their energy technique.

Re: healing burns

Hmm, first thing I thought of was Silvadene. It's a cream that contains silver particles for severe burns and it works pretty well. The picture in that article wasn't a severe burn though. On the same train of though, Colloidal Silver, you can put it topically on a wound, or soak a bandage in it. I heard there was another mainstream western medical bandage that includes silver particles for the antiseptic properties. Anyways, that's too conventional a view I suppose, but a good place to start. Aloe is also good if the plant agrees to help you. I haven't got the chance to look into QT yet. I downloaded a training video and a book I think but haven't had the chance to look into it. It looks promising and from glancing at the site, well that's cool if it helps heal/improve visible wounds too... I had another brief hanging thought on QT also, based on Lipstick Mystic's posts about the dangers of Reiki, wondering how QT relates [or does not relate] to Reiki and possible caveats and dangers of playing with it...

My opinion may be biased because I took the course and use the techniques. With that in mind... QT doesn't involve "entities"; the theory is that you use energy/chi/whatever to "entrain" the person you're helping to the healing frequencies. In my experience it works. Also in my experience they don't adequately cover what can happen when you get really powerful results and "something bad" (inner or outer, I don't know) takes notice and tries to knock you down; I strongly recommend using a grounding meditation after QT work.

QT works! I have learnt heaps from watching the dvds - they are a great reference guide.

I love the message board where people share their experiences.

Interesting enough some people find QT a hard concept to get their head around. I offered QT to one guy and he was wary but in a great deal of pain so he accepted. After working on him for an hour his severe pain, which he had lived with for years, was totally gone and has not returned. This was about 6 weeks ago.

This is another reason I love the QT community - they share all kinds of info and experiences -Frequencies & Supplements

QT is working with the energy that surrounds us.. call it what you want Chi, ether, prana. Reiki uses symbols.
Yes with QT they tell you you don't need to ground or protect yourself because of the breathing techniques, but it won't harm you to use one. esp. if you're an empath.

Re: healing burns

I have used Willard water on burns with good results. The sooner it is applied the better. Aloe from a cut leaf of the plant supposedly works also.
