From what I could understand will be a very dummied implementation
and will not offer any benefice  for the users to diminish car theft, it is just
a big eye to collect tax.

Something very messed up is happening so fast in the world today that it would almost seem incomprehensible for someone to believe that none of it matters much in comparison to _another_ dramatically world-changing event which will happen even faster . . .

That is about to happen worldwide not just Brazil...
And yeah what is there to like about decisions that take away freedom. And there's a lot of them nowadays... People are getting so accustomed to it they aren't even talking about it.
