CHARLENE: As part of the research for your book, Why Johnny Can't Come Home, you invoked the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and requested a paper written by Michael Aquino called: "From PsyOps to Mind War, the Success of Victory". The government refused your request based on so-called NATIONAL SECURITY. I've read although Aquino's paper was never officially published in any journals, it nevertheless enjoyed a measure of popularity as, allegedly, it was widely circulated in government/military circles. Fortunately, you managed to obtain a copy. What was the relevance of this document to the Johnny Gosch case and perhaps to all of us today?

NOREEN GOSCH: This document written by Michael Aquino outlined the project of using "mind controlling" techniques. It spelled out how it was to be done. In researching for my book, I tried to access it as I had done with other reports on the internet. I received a message saying I would have to file a FOIA request. I filled out the paperwork, sent it and approximately 3 weeks later I received a letter from the National Security Agency that it would be a risk to National Security to release that information to me.

CHARLENE: Were these mind control techniques to be used on Americans? Who was to administer the mind control and for what reason?

NOREEN GOSCH: Yes, the mind control techniques were to be used on Americans, most all of it was of military purposes ... they experimented on prisoners, service men and branched out to runaway children, then finally kidnapping children for this purpose.

CHARLENE: The "spookiest" story is how you procured that copy of Aquino's: "From PsyOps to Mind War, the Success of Victory". It's beyond amazing how the person who eventually sent you this document KNEW that you had been trying to get a copy of it from the government. How could this information leak out? Please explain.

NOREEN GOSCH: Several weeks after receiving the letter from the NSA, I received a phone call from Linda Blood (former girlfriend of Aquino) she said "I understand you tried to get a copy of a report written by Michael Aquino and instead got a letter from the NSA. I said "how would you know that"? She replied, "I know a lot of things... would you like a copy, I have one and will mail it to you". She did... and that is how I received it.

"Intensive mind-control behavior programming began at once, and Houston ensured that I was taken to my appointed destinations under the guise of his travels in the country music industry. In the early 1980s, my base programming was instilled at Fort Campbell, Kentucky by U.S. Army Lt. Colonel Michael Aquino. Aquino holds a TOP SECRET clearance in the Defense Intelligence Agency's Psychological Warfare Division (Psy Ops). He is a professed Neo-Nazi, the founder of the Himmler inspired satanic Temple of Set, and has been charged with child ritual and sexual abuse at the Presidio Day Care in San Francisco, California. But like my father and Cox, Aquino remains "above the law" while he continues to traumatize and program CIA destined young minds in a quest to reportedly create the "superior race" of Project Monarch mind-controlled slaves. I quickly teamed that Aquino did not adhere to his profoundly professed occult superstition any more than I did. His "satanic power" was in the form of numerous variations of high voltage stun guns, which he used on me regularly. Although Aquino used occultism (blood trauma) as a trauma base, his programming was high tech and "clean"–not muddled in a proverbial witches' brew of ignorance. He quickly dispelled the Cox influence, and began programming me according to Byrd's specifications as his "own little witch" for sadistic sex, covert CIA drug muling, black mail, and prostitution operations.

During the three months I was back with Cox, a muscle in my upper vaginal wall was cut and dropped in preparation for Houston to flesh carve a hideous witch's face for Senator Byrd's perversion. Aquino provided the ancient instructions on how to mutilate me, and Houston used silver nitrate and hot exacto knives to carve the details of the face without any form of anesthesia. By flexing the muscle downward, the face protruded out of my vagina. Not only did this surgery give Byrd a vagina suited to his minute, underdeveloped penis, it also provided an equitable "curiosity" to be displayed over and over again in both commercial and non-commercial pornography and prostitution."

Heresay and conjecture says that Johhny Gosch was kidnapped by high ranking government officials...okay, I can follow that......and because Michael Aquino wrote a paper about mind control, he's now being linked to Johhny.....

Good lord.....who would WANT to see "pictures of her mutilated vagina" ??   And.....how is that relevent to Johnny Gosch?.......??

A)  They look nothing alike.

B)  There's a 12 year age gap. When Johnny Gosch was being kidnapped in 1982, Jeff Gannon was two years out of college.

This awareness indicates that the threat is one thing, and needs to be observed and needs to be given attention, but a threat, while it may continue to exist, does not necessarily result in oppression.  The resulting oppression is that which comes when entities do not heed or watch and become aware of the threats.  Therefore, this awareness suggests that you continue to be awakened and alarmed, but you appreciate the moments wherein you are free, and use those moments to help preserve future freedom, to help defuse that threat that might otherwise impinge on your future.

This awareness indicates that you think not only of your own freedom, but also of the freedom of your children and the future generations, for you are the founding fathers of the future generations.  You are the heroes of tomorrow's generations, and if you fail these future generations, these children of your children may curse you and rightly so."
