Mirror Body?

My friends girlfriend works at the hostpital here in town and she says there's a woman there at the hospital who will be giving birth soon. This woman has a body where her internal organs and apparently her entire body are actually a reversal or mirror image of what we would consider a normal body to be. But with no health problems to speak of. The heart, liver, and all organs are on the opposite side of her body. Opposite from what everyone else has. So, her heart would be on her right side of the chest, etc.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I was wondering what the implications would be for the 'left' and 'right' hemispheres of her brain?
