I can't get this in the UK right now, so would be willing to buy a copy of someone in the US and pay for them to send it to me here. Amazon.com has none in stock but 2 other shops have copies, and they don't ship to the UK, so there you are. The book is $14 from amazon.com I'll give you $20 and postage to England or buy an old copy from someone who has no need for the book any longer.
