Humanity has no alies in this fight

  That would make a great "signature"!!

slade, the number is 144,000, 12 tribes of 12,000 each, which is one of the things that bother me in the Bible.

Doesn't that number seem a little too neat and tidy?

If this is so, also, what are the "rest" of us doing here at all?

To choose a side! Both sides want our free will, and both sides are going to take it by force. A huge portion of us are not going to make it, when the battle is allover.  The so-called good side have their sheeple also they are going to be the ones protected and left on earth. Just to go through another pissing contest between good and evil again. Only this time they are surposed to be made spiritual pefect. That number is in revalation research it.

PS i'm not angry, my personailty comes off serious, i have strong emotions thanks to my zodeic sign, but they are under control. I don't know how to water my questions and comments down but thats because i beleve a person should just say whats on their mind, especially in a setting such as this

Which two sides are you reffering too slade?  Could you elaborate a little?

And can free will really be taken by force? Or is it in our free will that we have the choice to give it away?

There are those who choose not to fight.  We are all creators - we don't all have to create a war.

In this battle for earth there are only two sides and only two leaders ( good and evil) that these aliens fall under, and yes there is an hiearchy on both sides. The European looking aliens are at the top of both hiearchy ( good/ and evil or should I say the lesser of two evils.) The aliens that people come into contact with are all bad and are on the evil side.

Reading between the lines in the bible, These European looking aliens are called the sons of god.
The sons of god had a big fall out with their leader or creator, and therefore they split into oposing forces. The bible will not talk about what the fall out was about in detail. It just says, that lucifer satan wanted to rule. (Satan which means lier and slanderer)  Satan was not his original name, the bible want give that info also.
So what happened in the end is the alien satan took his forces and god or the leader of the elohim gathered his supporters and they have been fighting ever since.  The really evil forces have been thrown out of their dwelling place and they can not return, this is why they are here setting up shop. But they will be forced out of earth soon.

Free will can be taken by force, why would a person give their freewill away! You have to be forced or tricked into doing so.

I just visited the Bodhi Tree Bookstore in West Hollywood today...it was pretty cool, though I found no one was in much of a talkative mood. Oh well..but a good thing did come out of it!
I bought Allies of Humanity by Marshall Vian Summers, both Part I and II. The title immediately stood out, and from what I've read, it was worth the buy.

Funny thing that you mentioned stuff about prophecy, and the 144 000+ people who will have achieved "Christ-consiousness" that will guide the world after the "anti-Christ". There may be some truth to it, but what purpose would it serve if they were just "lifted off the planet"? What would that be reinforcing...couldn't you term that spiritual escapism?
When Rome was killing off the Christians, those who fought thought they were fighting the anti-Christ. They thought that Christ would return after "his" defeat. And they believed that utopia would await them after this noble battle agaisn't the Beast.
You want to know who the real anti-Christ is? The collective shadow-self of humanity. Yes, there will be more than 144 000 people who will learn to uphold this side of themselves to the Light, but the change comes from within. So in a sense, no one or thing can "save" us, because only we have the power "to emancipate ourselves from mental slavery", only we have the power to free our minds, in the words of Bob Marley. There may be great changes in the coming years, but the change must first come from within inside. Do you see life as a prison, or as a place of infinite learning potential? A cell or a station wagon? A sloth or a donkey? A place full of sorrow, or a place full of hope?
