Yeah, I wondered that too, but didn't say it in case it was actually oceanchilds house.  After all, I've done some pretty careless sh*t too (like leaving an 16 eggs only 6 inches from the edge of the counter, and turning around to through 2 eggshells away, ahh the difference 2 seconds can make)

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Then again, speaking from *been there, done that* point of view, its amazing what kids can get open that you didnt think they could.  It could of been just that one can of paint that didnt get the lid tight enough  and the kids just managed to pick that one out.  OR the parents are dipshits and left it where the kids could get into it.
