Topic: Healthy protein shakes?

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any very healthy protein shakes that can be bought in health food stores.   I would prefer those already mixed that come in a can and you just put a few scoops in the blender with some juice.

Thanks!

Muscle Milk Naturals by Cytosport!!   The "Natural" version is sweetened with stevia, not Splenda as most are.  I have just started using the Vanilla Creme flavor, and it's delicious!

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great and would suffice.  ~Robert Frost

Can't go wrong with any of the Muscle Milk flavors.

Biotest has very solid products too.

I use [Nature's Plus] Source of Life [Vitamin, Mineral & Protein Energy Shake with Whole Food Concentrate]

It uses non-gmo NutriSoy and lists 'love' as one of the ingredients. wink

I am as is Void.

Biochem Ultimate Protein System - 40 grams of cross-flow micro-filtered whey protein isolate per serving (pretty impressive sounding, huh? tongue)

1. Vanilla uses real vanilla bean - I found it too strong
2. Chocolate is pretty nasty
3. I use 1 scoop Banana and 1 scoop Strawberry with 1 cup organic milk and a few ounces of spring water + an ice cube or two. Yum!

Don't confuse w/ Biochem Whey Protein, a different product.

Nitro-tech is expensive and not real yummy, but it really works; it's the whole nitrogen retention thing (hence the name.)

Don't B fooled by "whey protein concentrate" - that crap ain't worth crap.

We are all Kosh.
