Topic: Earth Angels Questionaire

I was prompted to read Earth Angels by Doreen Virtue recently. In it the reader answers a set of 30 questions which determines what type of spiritual incarnation you are. The five categories are Incarnated Angel, Incarnated Elemental, Starperson, Walk-In, and Wise One. The qualifier is 4+ 'yes' answers to any set of 6 questions. The key is posted at the bottom. Have fun!

1. I tend to easily put on extra weight or I'm currently overweight.

2. My past or current love partners are addicts or alcoholics.

3. I rarely break a rule.

4. I have a hard time saying no.

5. I highlight, color, or bleach my hair.

6. I would prefer to help someone one-on-one, rather than in a group setting.

7. Truth be told, I like animals or plants better than I like people.

8. I have Celtic origins or I look Celtic (that is, I have a reddish tint in my hair, freckles or a ruddy complexton).

10. I'm quite the mischief maker and seem to have a persistent twinkle in my eyes.

11. I'm fiercly independent and don't like following rules or authority.

12. My finances seem to be either feast or famine.

13. I don't like being the center of attention and I'm usually a wallflower at social functions.

14. I've always believed in, or been interested in, ETs or UFOs.

15. I'm compulsively thoughtful toward people, whether they express appreciation or not.

16. I conduct Reiki or other forms or energy or hands-on healing.

17. My life's mission is more important than getting married and having children.

18. I would really like to go home now because I know that Earth isn't my home.

19. I had a life changing experience, such as a serious accident or near-death experience.

20. In the past I was so miserable that I wanted to die and seriously considered (or attempted) suicide.

21. I have changed my first name, or am seriously considering doing so.

23. I have made or am making drastic changes to several areas of my life simultaneously (such as moving, changing jobs, and divorcing) all at once.

24. I have deep spiritual knowledge that didn't come from any books or teachers.

25. Even though I know I'm different from other people, I still enjoy the company of others and get along pretty well with most people.

26. I know that I have magical abilities which are untapped right now.

27. I have strong past-life memories or interests concerning Authurian or Atlantean times.

28. I believe that I was burned at the stake, or killed in some other way, during the witch hunts or Inquisition.

Re: Earth Angels Questionaire

I read the book before, and fit into the Starperson category very obviously.   Even when reading the portion of the book about Starpeople (Doreen goes into it with more details), I still fit 100%.

It's an interesting book, and surprizing how some people fit so closely to some of the mentioned categories it's uncanny.   I met one woman (I don't know her personally), she was pointed out by HS after I asked, she fits into a leprechaun (elemental) category so well, she looks almost exactly like one too, it amazing.

Re: Earth Angels Questionaire

I had seen this before years ago...and came out definitely star person.  However, I now fit into the last three categories - star person, walk in, and wise one with strong agreements.  I am sitting here wondering how in the world this is possible!  The last 5 years have had major changes for me in all realms....huge ones!  So, I am wondering indeed.  I never have fit into a specific mold it seems.

Is it possible for more of yourself to walk in instead of two souls switching places?  Yes, I guess I will answer that question myself...it has to be possible for that is what I felt happened.

Re: Earth Angels Questionaire

This whole "Star Person" "Crystal/rainbow/Indigo Children" wanderer, elemental, angel incarnate thing seems so.........I don't know.   Personally, I don't believe in it all, but that's just me.  (and I know that Indigo/crystal/rainbow wasn't mentioned here, but that's another one of those related labeling/categorizations that you see everywhere nowadays.)  My feelings on it all are the following:

- It fosters a mindset of being "Special."  I can see that many people like the idea of believing they're a star seed, an Indigo, a whatever, because it gives them a boost.  Makes them feel better and special and good...especially if you're somebody who doesn't get validation in your personal life.  This would feel nice.   Even worse is when parents label their children with these special children labels and then go around on the internet boasting about their special little crystal/rainbow/indigo children.  I've researched a little bit into this whole topic and found message boards where parents were doing this sort of thing.

- I personally believe much of this star person, crystal/rainbow/indigo kids movement is manipulated.  "Something" wants people to believe this sort of thing, and so has inserted this into the New Age movement's works.  An experiment, manipulation, mind control, whatever you want to call it.  It's fishy, bottom line.

- "Something" could also be taking the very real phenomenon of souls who are incarnating right now with a positive mission or plan of some sort....and then co-opting that, and turning it into this whole labeling game that sidetracks and diverts and appeals to the ego.

Aren't we all "star people/star seeds" when you think about it?

I looked at this quiz and I was a blending of various things.  Translation:  I wasn't any one thing.

I also find it humorous that overweight sensitive women with bleached hair who seek out addicts and can't say no to people because they act as human doormats in life are actually - gasp! - incarnated angels.  I mean, come on.  Talk about silly ego boosting.  There some woman is, lacking validation in life, then along comes this quiz that tells them the reason that they're 80 pounds overweight and can't stand up for themselves and say no to people and married a guy who's an alcoholic is because they're really an angel incarnate, it has nothing to do with having low self esteem and needing to work on their issues and become strong and whole again.

There, I said it!

sigh.

Yea my friend answered yes to the elemental category so I'm trying to figure out what kind he was and such. And another friend of mine I'm pretty sure is an incarnated fairie and yet another I know personally to most likely be an incarnated 'starseed' from the Pleiades.  smile

Which brings me to my BIG QUESTION. big_smile  What does it mean if one were to answer yes to EVERY category?  *gasp*

Re: Earth Angels Questionaire

Xenopope,
Good to see you're noticing people that fit into certain categories too.

Even though some people try to mix all this with the indigo/rainbow child... etc... stuff, it's quite DIFFERENT.  It's not just a bunch of people trying to make themselves look special, although some people do fit into that mind-set.    So lets not mix this all up.

I received some interesting answers when I asked my inner self to show me more about some of the people i know.   Such as the Leprechaun woman, the only reason I noticed her is because I ASKED my guides/HS to point one out to me.    I also asked, if any of my friends fit into the fairie category, and had a quick (clairvoyant) visual  come to me of a young woman I know.

I was kind of shocked to learn she was a fairie, but then again I never "looked" at her in that light.    She does have many of the characteristics of fairie/pixie.   Her face is so innocent and pixie-like, she's tall, and has a "air" about her that's sort of fairie-like (kind of hard to describe), she also wears flowing dresses that fit this profile so well, it amazed me when I noticed it.   So I would reserve any doubts with this way of looking at people UNTIL you ask your HS to give you some help.

So rather than say this is all bunk, ask your inner self, HS and guides to point out a few people to you, you'll be as amazed as I was.   This is a good point to bring up as to why a person should start to communicate more with their HS's.    You'll get answers like I did and not realize what's right in front of you.

Now, there are other people who fit into more than one category, and sometimes several of them, so not everyone has just one, I don't how to describe it, likeness to them.   And I have noticed how some overweight women (not all of them) DO have angelic-like qualities to them.

So before you toss this all out the window, consult with your inner-self and stop trying to use logic to fit everything into a small little box for you.   And I'm not dissing logic here for the scientific minded, I'm just saying that intuition can fill in spaces for you that you never thought existed.

Well PH, since I'm the only "some people" here who's said that, you can just say me by name instead of referring to me indirectly throughout as "some people."

But PH, to me, this isn't an important issue.  It would never occur to me to waste time asking my higher self about who's an angel, a fairie, a leprachaun, and so on.   It's nonsense to me.   And I only say this because you've said several times to do this.   And all I keep thinking when I read those "suggestions" to do that is.....why?    I have conferred with my higher self, and when I've conversed with it in those brief moments, it was regarding some pretty heavy duty concepts.  Like, BIG stuff.   The important stuff.  And when I've put out requests for feedback on stuff, it was for the stuff that has relevance. Worrying about who's a fairie and an angel....um, no!  Not on the agenda.

PleiadianHealer wrote:

Wow PH, thems be pretty bossy words.   I don't recall ever commanding you to "stop" doing anything.

There's a lot to be said about this one line, but I'll let it speak for itself.

PleiadianHealer wrote:

Well, who said you can't have and use both logic and intuition?  You're insinuating that to use one means to reject the other.   I utilize both, and rely upon both, equally in my own life, don't know about you.   Each has their very necessary place.

Talking to your HS is NEVER a waste of time.   You can talk about the smallest and most insignificant thing there is, or world-shaking events.   The point being that most people DON'T BOTHER to converse with their HS's.

Begining this process of develping a relationship with your HS is something everyone on this board should think about.   So I'm not just talking to you lyra, but everyone here.   This is a very important topic, to write it off as some ho-hum idea is something I disapprove of.   I do wish more would develop this relationship and starting small, with an easy topic like asking about fairies and angels is a good idea, if you ask me.  So sure it's not the most pressing thing there is, but it's a fun way to start.

So I'm not taking shots at you.   I know you are already pretty good with your ear ringings and working with your HS.   I had hoped to reach a larger audience here, and these people have to look to us to give them ideas.    This simple little thing, talking to your HS can change your life, if you consistantly work at it.

So I'm not trying to force anyone, just bring to mind, differnt ways of going about this.   I'm always looking for another way to talk to my Higher-Self.    This important of this can't be overstressed.   I don't know what else to say, I do hope I can inspire some to try this... it's more fun than you think.

With that said, I really look up to what you post about lyra when you get messages from your HS.    Sorry if I came off a bit strong, I meant no insult at all.

I mean looking for OP's and hybrids and robotoids, in our society is fun too, it's gets talked about here on NR alot and I do think it's important, BUT there are other things we can look for in the general population.    Seeing angelic qualities in others, and also fairies, elemental, mer-people... etc... the list goes on is fun too.    We do have to balance this all out.

So try not to take what I say too negatively, I do mean well, and only wish for the best with all those that read these posts.

Well, can only speak for myself, but, I don't go around actively looking for Op's, hybrids, robotoids, etc. or  fail to recognize positive people, being all unbalanced that way.    People, possibly you too, make the mistake of thinking that I go around looking for OPs and the like, probably because I have an article about "Working for the puppet people...." wink  so, it's understandable, but even though I've written about it, doesn't mean I actually actively look for it in others....nor does it mean that I don't recognize the good ones and those with angelic qualities.  They're usually pretty obvious.  You can feel 'em a mile away.  smile

Anyway, stepping aside now....

Re: Earth Angels Questionaire

I kind of have to agree with Lyra on this.   Its funny that I came up *walk-in* because I tend not to believe in there being any such thing, but thats just my opinion.  I do think Im an *angel* for putting up with alcoholic husband behaviour, but I dont have bleached hair nor am I 60 pounds overweight!!  But that's just me, and Im not ready to label myself as anything.

Lyra,

You have more energy than a Roman Legion!

When I first read the questionnaire I could not believe how absurd it was...............This is the reason I failed the test..........To make a point!  I kept reading the groups of questions repeating to myself-----These profiles don't make a lick of sense!  How presumptuous it is for someone to come up with 4-5 questions to determine what kind of angel or whatever we are!  This reminds of the aura test.....

I know you do not need my support to make your point but you have it anyways!

PH,

Please don't take it personal, but it does not click.  The quiz is more of a “make me feel good”  type of thing than anything else.  But then again, this is my honest opinion.

Regards,

Lee

Now I wonder if her last name is really "Virtue" or if the inside change hasn't mirrored the outside change yet.

And Doc, excellent quote by Michael Ellner. Resonated with me.
