DECLARATION OF LIFE AND DEATH


I, ____________, hereby make the following declaration:

I.  The life that I am living has been both freely given to, and freely accepted by me. 

II.  I am free to dispense my life as I see fit in any particular moment.

III.  The dispensation of my life is an entirely personal matter, and any perception that my thoughts, words, and/or actions, may be associated with a public matter is wholly false, entirely fictional, and offers no consideration toward the acceptance of a contract with any public entity.

IV. I accept responsibility to choose to change my thoughts, words, and/or actions in any manner, and reserve the right to change such thoughts, words, and/or actions at any time without offering consideration toward any construed or actual contract with a public entity.

V.  I acknowledge death to be a process of life, and recognize that, as such, the act of my death is entirely my own to make, and under no circumstance may be made against my will.

VI.  The act of my death does not constitute consideration, and is held exempt from any claim for perceived or actual damages incurred in connection to the act by any public entity, and I hereby indemnify in perpetuity and forever hold harmless any public entity against any claim brought by myself and/or authorized representive(s), agent(s), and/or descendant(s) in relation to such act.

VII.  Any acts which may be construed to be in connection with the act of my death is hereby acknowledged to be the effect, and not the cause, of the act of my death, and I accept full ownership and responsibility for all such acts and consequences thereof.

VIII.  I assert the right to self-representation in all matters arising in connection to the act of my death and divest any public entity from responsibility to act on my construed or actual behalf in such matters.

IX.  I do not recognize the authority within any public entity to adjudicate in matters which pertain to the act of my death, and decline any offers to accept such authority.

X.  I release myself from the duty to appear before any public entity in regard to the act of my death, or any consequence thereof, without reasonable notification to all other entities which may be entitled to recompense for neglect of said duty, whether demonstrated under law, in fact, or by fiction.

It is not for us to understand love, but simply to make space for it.

T,  What would be the point though?  Maybe I miss your purpose with this, but I tend to think of it like this:  I am what I am, nothing more and nothing less, and I'm not bound to explain myself to anyone.  Why would I want/ need to sign such a statement when I can simply know it?

I agree with Risen. The idea of legislating death seems a bit unnatural to me. I don't need to sign any such agreement. Paper contracts are entirely old world thinking. I'm already free to come and go as I please. My life is my property. That is my birthright, and I accept it. Nuff said.

I don't know if I would either. . it's just something that popped into my head.  I wasn't offering it as something for anybody to actually sign, but just to get across an idea.  Certainly if you were going to sign something like that it would be better to compose it yourself.

As far as the point goes, simply believing something and making a formal declaration of your belief are two different things.  It is an act of power to put your name to something and has bearing upon the smallest of every day occurences all the way up to the creation of entire nations.  On the one hand, it's all just pieces of paper with words on them.  On the other, those pieces of paper determine just about everything.

We talk alot about freewill and choice, but how much do we really have?  We all talk about the MCS in energetic or metaphorical terms, but how is the MCS actually implemented into society?  Through laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations.  And we all follow them.  Even by simply making this post, I am following books worth of this stuff.

These are the actual, physical mechanism by which our physical behavior is controlled.  As soon as we enter the public (or the Matrix), whether driving, or buying a pack of gum, or going to the doctor, or attending a music festival, or WHATEVER, we are under obligation to act a certain way, do or not so certain things, say or not say certain words. 

Any time we break one of these rules we open ourselves to attack from the Matrix in the form of punishment and restitution.  Things like traffic laws are more than just convenient guidelines that allow for safer driving conditions.  They are the process itself by which freewill is subverted.  Physical law is the "loophole" to spiritual law.

The Matrix can control you any and all of your actions that are sourced within the Matrix.   The Matrix provides the illusion of freedom through the creation of allowances, permits, licenses, and privileges, but these things are representations of liberty that are available for purchase, not liberty itself. 

While it is true, that spiritually speaking, our actions are largely NOT sourced in the Matrix, the Matrix does not recognize that as a defense once it perceives itself as "damaged".  The Matrix does not acknowledge the spiritual realm, since it can't be proven physically.  You can't walk into court and tell the judge that you were just "following your heart".  So really, how free are you to do so?

The only physical act that the Matrix cannot control is death.  That's why so much fear is created around it.  To keep people from looking at it and from taking ownership of it.  To keep people from seeing the opportunity for freedom which the act of death provides.

The Matrix would have us see our lives as a series of events caused by our birth.  As such, we are obligated to pay homage to the Matrix, and to follow its rules.  To acknowledge that it is the Matrix that is responsible for our safety and well-being, and as such, we owe something to the Matrix for that.

If we choose to see our lives as a series of events caused by our death, the Matrix has nothing to enforce against us.  No judgement may be made until after our death has occurred, and unless the Matrix wants to allow a post-humous appearance in court, it will never get its judgment, and will be forced to drop its charges.

I know it sounds cooky, but what is the alternative?  Surrendering all of our Licenses, Deeds, and Permits and dissapearing into the caves of Idaho?  I'm not saying by any means this is "the answer" but maybe a line of thought that hasn't been explored as much.

Why not create a system that supercedes the Matrix, and renders it useless?
