Topic: What are you gonna miss the most . . . ?

Just thought I'd throw this one out there . . .

When we "ascend", go to a higher dimension, or whatever, what things belonging to this plane of existence are you going to miss the most?

Our we going to have a sense of smell? I would miss smelling freshly cut grass, and the spring blooms, and my night blooming jasmine, and the smell of my child's hair when she comes in from outside.

I'm going to miss the things I've been unable to do because of lack of money.  It's a beautiful planet and I would love to travel it.  Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding, WindSailing, Surfing, Diving, Flying, Parachuting, and the list goes on.  These are the things I dream about.  Life has been excruciatingly boring.  Without money you can't move.  You just get stuck where ever you find yourself.  Stuck in the same rut of a job.  See the same scenery.  And try to get a taste of what you miss by watching the discovery channel or national geographic.  I want to climb mountains and go white river rafting.  I want to visit ancient cities and ruins.  I want to experience the extensive amount of different cultures.  I want to live instead of simply maintaining existence.

Treehugger you must have read my mind.  I also love walking outside, barefoot, in a cool fall/spring evening and feel the coolness of the ground moving up through my feet.  At that moment I feel one with the planet, it is such a cool feeling!

Furthermore, I will miss certain types of food, runing my bedroom linen through my fingers and toes (such a soothing thing, I have been doing this since I remember!), playing with my cats, etc....  You know, I just realized I am still very attached to 3D!  Perhaps I will be given a rain check on this Ascension.  I don't know.....

Lee

I would say the same as you z3n3rg, but probably this things will have
any more value…
Better!
We will have better things to do and we will not have a limitation factor
like money!!

Regain our link to the higher realms is so good, we will miss
anything, it is much better than any feeling we ever have or desire
to have…

Those unique 'human' interactions which are so special so as to only happen once in all of existnece.

I am as is Void.

I hope I won't miss anything.

Nice one! The first time I smelled night blooming jasmine was down in Florida at a really nice hotel. My aunt and uncle said I had to go there just to check out the beauty of it all: Lagoon-shaped pool with an overhanging rope bridge, jacuzzis back in caves in the lagoon-shaped pool, enormous atrium with orchids growing on the trees . . . I was duly impressed. I decided that that's where I would take my lady if I ever got married . . .

I believe that nature is a form of ascension. The feeling you get when you're in it sure feels like you've ascended . . .

I use to relate to this, z3n3rg.

Some of the most interesting people I know have a lack of money, though. I've also found that when I get frustrated as a result of a lack of money, and get "bored" because of such, I am guided to go within, and be as still as my bank account (so to speak). I am then presented with rather profound opportunities. Couriers visit my facility with a hunger to talk about their "non-natural" experieces. I get a chance to become a facilitator of knowledge and resources (such as NR). It's like people are guided to me.

Sometimes when the opportunities we seek do not arise, it gives us the chance to experience those that are meant for us.

I agree completely.  I took your original question to be speaking of "things" within this plane and answered thusly.  The inner experiences more than make up for the physical lack of freedom experienced in our current space/time.  Please don't take my answering from one level to mean that to be the level I most frequently operate from.  I speak from whatever level is appropriate for each differing interaction.

Re: What are you gonna miss the most . . . ?

This is an impossible question, since it's too hard to know what 4D will be like.   Rather than focus on what we'll misss most we should be looking and especially starting to work with our new abilities that will come to us.

Another thing is our consciousness will be very different, which will place us in another state of knowing that we can only dream about.   So it's a bit difficult to try and look back from that vantage point.

P.S.
People should also list what they are excited about when the transformation to 4D finally comes through.

I'm looking forward to the expanded perspective.  3d living from a limited physical vessel gives the perspective of viewing the surface.  Basically, a 2 dimensional operational platform.  For instance, when looking at a ball we see the surface but do not see the complete object.  We can imagine as I often do.  I love imagining the atomic and sub-atomic interactions, the massive space, the energy fields and such.  But I'm looking forward to having a vessel that is capable of directly viewing that instead of it simply being imagination.  We are in possession of that vehicle now.  However, due to a very specific free-will imposition my link is broken.  As of yet, no amount of will or focus has been able to reconnect the link in a meaningful way.  So to correct myself I would say that I look forward to having those impediments removed so I can experience the fullness of my being as one connected whole.

Awakening the third-eye will get you there.   I hope you do some research in that area, I look into it constantly myself.   Also, I plan to do a post on the first steps to awaken a person's clairvoyance.

Re: What are you gonna miss the most . . . ?

I'd like to hear some ideas on just what 'ascension' is supposed to be like. You've all made this sound very interesting to me, but how are we supposed to know when we've 'arrived' in a new dimension? I really and truly am curious.
