Topic: Qi Gong

I just started practicing Spring Forest Qi Gong last week. Felt an immediate improvement  in well being. I can actually feel the energy in my hands when I'm doing the movements. Anyone here have experience with Qi Gong?

Re: Qi Gong

I went to one class, and I really liked it. I'd like to get into without having an overly
macho male teacher, though.

Re: Qi Gong

Some information on QiGong:

If you want a couple of very good videos with a variety of movements (that cover all the health-building movements) try Linda Modaro’s 2 videos:  V133 (beginning) and V134(intermed.)  from this website:

www.qi-journal.com  --  go into products, Videos, QiGong

Another source that I used was www.chilel.com --  another form of QiGong that is very powerful especially:  Wall Squats  and  Lift Chi Up & Pour Chi Down . Wall Squats in themselves are enough to heal most people since the chi tends to get ‘stuck’ around the waist and squatting unblocks it.

Also on the chilel website, see the video 101 Miracles of Natural Healing which shows some of the exercises, and shows Chi Kung (QiGong) masters at work.

While it is not QiGong, a real energy builder is Twirling/spinning – as was recently discussed on another thread. Clockwise only.

Il faut tout voir de la hauteur de 40,000 pieds.
