Brazil holds 'Hariri-link' woman

Brazilian police say they have arrested a Lebanese woman wanted for questioning over the death of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
Rana Abdel Rahim Koleilat, 39, was arrested on Sunday in the city of Sao Paulo after an anonymous tip, the police said in a statement.

Mr Hariri was killed in a massive car bomb in Beirut in February 2005.

A UN investigation into his death is ongoing and has implicated Syrian and Lebanese officials.

Police Inspector Nicanor Nogueira Branco said in a statement that Ms Koleilat had been arrested at a hotel in the city.

She was arrested for attempted bribery after offering officials up to 200,000 Brazilian reals (US$94,000,  £54,000) to let her go, police said.

She was in possession of a British passport identifying her as Rana Klailat of Northern Ireland, police said.

Joseph Sayah, the Lebanese consul-general in Sao Paulo, said the Independent International Investigation Commission, set up to investigate Mr Hariri's death, wanted to question Ms Koleilat.

He said she was also wanted in connection with alleged bank fraud in Lebanon, the Associated Press news agency reported.

Twenty people were killed in the February 2005 attack in which Mr Hariri died.

I anticipated on the possibility that someone would be taken out by Design. My material isn't based on edless calculations, it's based on intuitive knowledge that proves correlations immideately.

There's the initial thought or idea, popping up in mind and originating from somewhere. When checked with rational thinking the significance becomes clear. When I first sensed that 'Srebrenica karma' was in the air so to speak, the Venus stuf came to mind. I anticipated on a timecoded pattern related to this Srebrenica karma, which indeed emerged on December 25, 2005. It's all posted here in these three threads:

The timecoded patterns and the Venus based design showed a possible climax for this karma to emerge around March 12 ( +/- 1 dag), which is also a Tetrahedron based Hyper Dimensional date, a keyelement in the Design I describe.

I consider Milosevic death to be a hit, confirming and reveiling the underlying Design.

I also anticipated on Syria/Hariri related information to emerge, either high impact or subtle.

This timeframe is comparable to September 11, both Tetrahedron based HD dates and this timeframe was pregnant of 9/11 symbolism , as posted above with several examples.

October 21 is also a HD Tetrahedron date and is a key date to the Hariri/Syria situation too.
October 21 also reveiled to me two major potential conflicts: China-Taiwan and US-Korea.
Together with the situation in relation to Iran there are indications that war is in the making but it doesn't have to come that far. The uderlying patterns will continue and there will follow more keydates ahead. It is possible to change the energy involved and that is where I am focussing on.

I will cintinue to anticipate on the emerging patterns.

Our Earth makes a turn around the sun of 360 degrees. When a hyper -tetrahedron is placed upon that circle our Earth is making, than the Tetrahedron intersection points can be determined. The interference points are placed 19.47 degrees above and below the line 90-270 degrees on the circle. So 90 dergrees + and - 19.47 degrees and 270 degrees + and - 19.47 degrees

or from the start of the year in our perspective: 90 degrees minus 19.47 = 70.53 times 365/360 = 71.5 days
In other words, our earth crosses the HD Tetrahedron ( originating from another dimension!) interference point in the eather 70.53 days after the start of the year.

3220 is the number connecting the Tetrahedron and Cube

Syria 'crucial' to Hariri inquiry

The head of the UN inquiry into the murder of former Lebanese PM Rafik Hariri says improved co-operation from Syria was critical to its success.

Chief investigator Serge Brammertz told UN Security Council members he had been given permission to meet Syria's president in the coming month.

Rice says China, Iraq will top security talks

China's growing international role and the war in Iraq will be the focus of this weekend's security talks between the US, Australia and Japan, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said.

But Rice, who has called on China to explain its military build-up, played down suggestions that the main topic of Saturday's talks would be the containment of Beijing's growing power.
