Re: what to eat (was Stuie/Yoga/Ghouls)
Hard to believe, but as a kid my favorite meal was liver! Haha! My own mother wouldn't cook it in the house cuz she thought it was gross (and she's a great cook, Italian, btw), but my German Dad and I just loved it - had to eat it at the local diner. LOL! I don't tend toward it much anymore, but once in a while I crave it. Never had heart, though... don't think I could eat it. Ack!
And I don't know if this is the same thing you're referring to, but I've always wondered about this one tooth - just one - with a bump behind it that I feel with my tongue. Nothing wrong with the tooth or anything, no injuries, just a bump on the inside. Left side, right next to the front tooth. But it seems to be on the tooth itself, up by the gumline, high. Yup, I just felt it, it's on the tooth. Could there be just one to be what you're talking about? Prolly not, I guess.
Don't know if this is what you're talking about, but I found this link with some info (toward the bottom of the page) http://www.melungeonhealth.org/info.html
There is also a ridge on the back of the first four teeth - two front teeth and the ones on either side (upper and lower) of some descendants. If you place your fingernail at the gum line and gently draw (up or down) you can feel it and it makes a slight clicking sound. The back of the teeth also curve outward rather than straight as the descendants of anglo-saxon parentage do. Teeth like these are called Asian Shovel Teeth.
The site references a pdf that I did not read, that apparently has info on it as well, from what I could tell.
