Re: Sea salt for self-clearing
I drink mag water (magnesium bicarbonate) daily, it seems to help keep my ph basic (I test urine with ph paper). A guy named Beckett in Australia found that animals in a certain area which had a lot of magnesium bicarbonate in the water supply had extended longevity. He produces and bottles the water and supposedly they are flying off the shelves. You can make it yourself by adding 2 oz. milk of magnesia to a liter of cold seltzer water (not club soda). Shake well, let it settle, repeat twice. You should end up with a clear solution finally, maybe a little white sediment you can discard. Take 4oz of this water and add it to each liter of your drinking water. The bicarbonate acts like a buffer in the body for the acidity produced by metabolism, and scavengers free radicals which cause aging. I work in a hospital as a pharmacist and we use bicarb intravenously to protect patient's kidneys prior to infusions of IV dye during heart catheterizations.
Hi - I am from Australia and have been reading and soaking up these amazing posts on Noble Realms. I "woke-up" just after the tsunami in asia. I felt this could not have been a natural disaster and started researching on the internet and didn't stop until 3 days later. It was so hard for me to come to grips with what I found out, I couldn't eat or sleep, I could not believe i had been this betrayed, that my father and his father etc. so glad to read your posts. I am so encouraged by all of you. You are very special people. A lot of the people I know do not believe me or maybe they are in denial. I do not speak much anymore, thats why I love reading your posts. . ..........what i would like to know from weopposedeception if possible........it is not the first time that I go to the chemist to get something "good for us" that has been discontinued. The chemist told me that milk of magnesia is now discontinued, I did find Kruse's Fluid Magnesia, it is a clear liquid, is this Ok to use to make up mag- water and also is seltzer water like carbonated spring water? I would like to try to make some of this mag water up. Thanks weposedeception!

Veiled in the mist of naïve speculation
We are busy here preparing
Rafts to carry us across
Before the light goes out leaving us
