Anyone believe Sir Francis Bacon created the King James infallibe Word of the Lord?

Re: King James Bible

I think Bacon wrote Shakespeare's plays, and he was possibly one of the big boys who
put the King James Bible together, but why he would allow them to leave out the
apochryphal books must have been because of the politics of the day.

"Infallible Word of Which Lord?"

Re: King James Bible

sorry i didn't go into detail, was tied up in PM last night.

Well the Rosicrucians were "allegedly" mainly secret due to the Popish persecution of those who "thought for themselves."

With the apocrypha that I have read, such as the various takes on Daniel, anyone with common sense can see that Daniel, as well as most Jewish heroes such as David, Solomon, and Sampson are allegorical in nature.

Growing up protestant, the removal of these books insured an "anti catholic" signature....while the man who it is named for, King James, persecuted protestants and catholics, and was allegedly a Jesuit pawn.

Bacon is an intruiguing fellow.
