hey, i'm on my 3rd day here too.    Neo, that is encouraging - thx for posting that mate.  Any other noticeable results from others so far?

Oil swishing update:

I went out of town on the 16th of Dec til 25 Dec -- during that time I had forgotten to bring my Sunflower Oil so I did no oil swishing.

As soon as I returned, I started again.  BUT -- last night the ache on the right side of my mouth started again and worse than before.  It was was INCREDIBLY painful!!  I did 3 or 4 oil swishings in a row in the hope to have the pain subside and was fully expecting to have to go to the dentist today.  I went to bed in pain at 7:30PM.

But, I woke up with NO pain and try as I may (ie. drink something cold or eat some sugary something) the pain did not return.

Oil swishing -- it's the greatest thing.  Honestly.  Plus I've not had one bout of a cold/flu nothing since starting this.

Can some of you who had been doing this provide an update?  How is it going, is it still helping?  I don't have any of the problems mentioned (such as the toothache) so don't know if its worth it, but I'm all down for removing toxins.  Lyra, you still doing it?  How'd it go?

I just started. Did it a few days in a row. I don't notice any difference yet really. But my mouth feels cleaner, has a nice sensation when I'm done with a swishing. I slacked off on it today though. I don't find it particularly thrilling to do this for 15 minutes every morning but I'm never motivated to do anything when I'm trying to wakeup.

How did you get the bump, how long you had it?  Sorry if the question's personal.  I've read from a couple sources that dentists/orthodontists often do strange things to the roofs of people's mouths.  If it doesn't apply, by all means disregard

Hi, I'm new here...this is a great site! What got me interested was an Email I got from a friend about the oil swishing. Been on it now for about a week...so is my daughter AND my 6 year old and 4 1/2 year old grandsons!...In spite of the very best of care, they both have had many problems with their teeth--so hopefully THIS will be an answer to the prayer of Intention that we find something that will help them, especially, as well as my daughter and myself who are doing this for general 'upkeep' health. THANK YOU for whoever first posted this. I'll definately keep you updated on how we all are doing! Namaste.
