Re: An open letter to David Icke.
I saw Barbara Marciniak not so long ago and she said that she (and the Pleidians) had instructed David Icke to do the whole reptilian thing many years ago.
There you go - a bit of new age celebrity gossip without having to do the click.
I bought a David Icke book that weekend - and the truth shall set you free, and I must admit it was unbelievably tedious. Having purchased it earlier that day for some light evening entertainment I must say I agree with Neo - who cares about a bunch of boring old farts (sorry, important families) who rule the world. Reading about them only gives them more power. As good old SW says, it's got nothing to do with us so why waste the energy. (Face the front!)
At the very beginning of the weekend Barbara said "oh yes, let's say hi to the CIA who've infiltrated the room" and I wondered who it would be. At the end of the weekend I did wonder whether that was her.
Andy and I had a big talk about it - how I felt really weird after that weekend. Like I'd had a lot of life sucked out of me. I'd read a question on NR about indigo kids and asked the question to the Ps. I got seriously told off for asking the question - "it's all a big lie and it's the CIA trying to find kids they can steal for mind-control and spontaneously setting fire to stuff and going on shooting rampages". "Any parent who thinks they've got an indigo kid is the most uncaring parent in the world". Whoa. However before that outburst we were told the Ps had in fact been the first to foretell of the Indigo phenomena and that they should get the credit for "inventing" it.
So then, why foretell something that is actually an evil CIA plot and then completely change your tune midway through a sentence. Hmmmm.
Her books are amazing and that's why I went along. Maybe I just got a bit of a bad impression. But I came away from that weekend feeling most unlike myself and very cynical about my own 'spiritual' self - in the way that if she's a cool 'spiritual' type person, maybe I don't want in.
Barbara herself was a great speaker - a fountain of knowledge on mythology and astrology and anything we asked her about - very engaging and interesting. She also said she wouldn't mis-inform us however I did some research afterwards on a few things like the giant skeleton found in Saudi Arabia in the desert which turned out to be a photoshop contest (allegedly).
Another thing I asked was "who to believe" - there is so much info out there and conspiracy sites etc which are very confusing and do we really need that kind of information? Are they even telling the truth? The answer to that was whoever is saying stuff that is really far out and weird isn't telling the truth - which again, I thought included some of the stuff she says. I like her books because they are so far out.
Of course I will take from what I have read and heard that is appropriate and make it part of my personal philosophy and discard that which isn't appropriate.
I just wanted to share that bit of info anway - about her telling DI to do the reptilian thing - I thought that was interesting. The one thing I regret not asking is about the secret underground colonies in Antartica..
The best piece of advice she gave is to watch world events based around the phases of the moon and the equinoxes. And make a diary with a column for you and a colum for the world. Nice, simple stuff. We like that.
