Lions Mane mushroom

Also know as Yamabushi-take. I've found it within walking distance of my house. Excellent flavor...Excellent health benefits...no poisonous lookalikes...tastes like crab or lobster when pan broiled. Excellent in stews...will mimic any meat with proper spices.

This is a "gourmet" mushroom. Excellent for nerve regeneration/growth, cardiac health, alzheimers...it just keeps going and going....good stuff.
