i see hollywood as a major conditioning force. many films seem prophetic as you say, impatiens, but i think they are designed to plant concepts in our consciousness and then, when the corresponding reality occurs, the idea is so familiar we just accept it. we then watch the events unfold, just like we were at the movies, spectators unable to influence the outcome. television too. object lessons straight out of the protocols.

] . Jack, I agree with what you've said about programming/conditioning. It's just that when you're aware of it, it's beyond maddening, nauseating, wicked... puke, gag, ad ...

I am by no means an expert on numerology. Yet, I decided to play devil's advocate (I am extremely bored and don't have anything else to do!) so I took the title of the movie "SYRIANA" and broke into numbers.
S - 18th letter ------- 1+8 = 9
Y - 25th letter ------- 2+5 = 7
R - 17th letter ------- 1+7 = 8
I - 9th letter----------------- 9
A - 1st letter---------------- 1
N - 14th letter ------ 1+5 = 6
A - 1st letter---------------- 1
So, the number sequence is
9789161
Add all the numbers and reduce,
9+7+8+9+1+6+1=41 when reduced ---------->5
Add one digit to the next, reduce if necessary. Continue until a single digit is left
9+7= 16 // 7+8 =15 // 6+9=15 // 6+1=7 // 7+6=13 //4+1=5
No matter what combination I tried the result was always 5. even if you do it from right to left! What the heck does it mean?

i always thought this one was significant:
(using a=1, b=2, etc.) fox (as in fox news)--f=6, o=15/1+5=6, x=24/2+4=6. fox=666.
it's irrelevant if the number of the beast is actually 616, as recently postulated.
but fox is at least the handmaiden of the beast.

Impatiens, you are absolutely correct. I believe my brain was up my you know what when I transposed the information horizontally. I did make the correction on my original post and the number came out to be 5. I still do not know if it means anything at all!

It doesn't matter what order you do them in, or what combinations you use, the result will always be the same. This is a well known result of numerological reduction.
