Topic: This site blocked by firewall

I couldn't get on from work because this site was blocked. The reason was "militant and extremist" material. Gee, I must have missed the good stuff, where have you guys been hiding it? I had to laugh.  I go on a lot of wacko conspiracy sites that aren't blocked. It's hard to find a good site like this.
  I've been practicing a vedic ceremony called agnihotra. It provides healing to the environment and to the person who performs it. Anyone have any experience with it?

Militant and extremist? Hah, what a badge of honor. NR, the gathering place for militant and extremist people. Yup, I sleep in combat boots with a loaded 1911 tucked under my pillow.

If you need to access this site from a censored computer, go through a proxy like https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf  -- this tends to work most of the time.

I haven't heard of agnihotra, but it sounds interesting.

I like to study "religious" ritual, part of symbolic anth. It is seen as a sort of enactment of myth, drawing symbols within a performers being and integrating. I especially enjoy learning about healing rituals but know very little about Vedic tradition rituals. Please tell us about it...

I learned about agnihotra from the cloud-busters group. They have the gift of being very energy sensitive and were very enthused about using the agnihotra ash in place of or to supplement orgone devices, they say it is even more powerful. Someone "accidentally" flushed a bag of the ash down the toilet at denver airport and it seemed to result in changes on the local  weather radar.The practice is to burn dried cow dung in a special copper pyramid at exactly sunrise and/or sunset. A pinch of rice is thrown in the fire while speaking a short mantra. The dung and rice is smeared with ghee, a form of clarified butter.  I have noticed a nice healing vibe while doing this. I don't do it everyday, I work evenings. I like to do a little prayer and meditation while the fire burns down. The site agnihotra.com has all the info you would need. I have purchased dried cow dung from several of the suppliers listed on their site, and also got some locally from a friend. The pyramid costs around $35, it is placed upside down on a base. They also provide lists of exact sunrise/sunset  times for your zipcode. I got a radio controlled clock on ebay for $5. My son aged 7 has taken a strong interest, we do it together. He is the one who had the dream when he was 4 yrs old about the "grey towers with the lizards inside, making a noise that scared me", he later showed me a celltower and said that's the kind what he dreamt about. He had no prior exposure to this type of information. I always thought he had a strong spiritual leaning. If you want to try agnihotra and have any questions I can be of help.

This is very interesting.  Let's see, after you are done with the burning (in chemistry terms) you probably are left with mostly elemental substances such as metals, Calcium, maybe some oxides (CaO), etc......   Adding the clarified butter may be a way to coagulate these substances, keep'em together or to insulate them from an external electrical influence if you have some negative/positive ions in the ashes.  If I remember correctly orgone has to do with the movement of negative ions (good orgone?).  If you add your ash/butter mixture down the pipe of the orgone gun wouldn't that add another source of negative ions?  I am purely speculating but using as much common sense and info as I can.  Instead of using gnihotra it would interesting to try creek water full of metals (good/live water as Viktor Schauberger describes it!) and nutrients instead of tap water.  The water should be drawn from the deepest point in the creek (the cooler the better) and sprayed (very fine mist) in the orgone pipe.  Being loaded with minerals I would think that the generation of negative ions will be higher than plain city water.  Just a thought!  I got a long list of things to try but I will add these two to it.  Do not know when I will get to it.

I don't know about the chemistry part. There is a definite ammonia smell when it burns. The key thing is that the addition of the rice and the chanting of the mantra must be done at exactly sunrise/sunset or the effect is lost.  Therefore the fire should be started 3-4 minutes prior to the exact time. I use a negative ion generator in my bedroom at night, I've found i get a much better nights sleep.
