Topic: Actors, Hollywood and metaphysics

Hi all.

Today I saw Ashton Kutcher acting in "The Butterfly Effect" and a question hit my mind.

What do you guys think of Hollywood actors or actors in general?
I mean, the leading ones, they seem like spiritually very developed people. (I'm not talking particulary about Ashton, altough not underestimating, heh), more like Morgran Freeman, De Nero, Kidman and others.

What metaphysics hides behind their acting abilities and their lives? They must use YCYOR, control their emotions, be observant at all the time, especially the top ones, as when they act a difficult scene - after "cut" they seem to immideatly return to a calm mode. I remember one time seeing Nicolle Kidman say in an interview that "acting helped me to overcome my mothers death".

What kind of a spirutual practice it is and where it leads to?

Who are they behind the scenes and the PR parties?

Now there's a difference between the "top league" and the lower quality that seem to be more in the social scene, worrying about theyr image.

Do you suppose the devoped/top ones know their true nirvanic nature? Enlightened?

Are the lower quality ones are really an ego monsters? / Developing theyr astral body as artists? / What is their soul spiritual purpose?
What put them on that actors path? What is blocking them from seeing deeper truth?

What is the whole Kabbalah thing going on now, and where will it put the actors in the NWO era?

I'm interested in the views on this pretty wide subject, I'd say. Although Hollywood was discussed here on several occasions, I don't recall a discussion about actors in particular.

I've wondered some of the same things myself, because of all the hoo-haa constantly going on. It really serves a purpose, a purpose the actors themselves may not be aware of : extracting loosh through tempation, vibrational manipulation. Being one who doesn't like it much when art is commodified in ways unseen and hideously insidious, I've always wanted to dig deeper. The "simulacra" of art is today a highly efficient machine of images and emotions, such that it's an "unseen hand." More than computers, at least at this time, it is used to feed and sustain the MCS among the masses.

On a funny yet disturbing note, I once had a dream in which Ashton Kutcher was an alien in disguise, and once I saw this and ran from him,
he yelled "Wait! Don't go! I really do know what real love is!" I woke up with relief as I was waiting for the crosswalk light to change, scratching my head, scared, and lauphing all at once.

Like to get into more later, after I remove all these annoying beastie entities all over the place.

Some thoughts:

What put them on the actors path?..i am a musician and i recently asked myself why do i sing, and the answers i got is just simply because i can't not, i have to! i don't know what it is in me but even if i am never ever 'successful' i dont think i can stop doing it, it just feels like the essence of it is in me, perhaps its the same for artists, poets, writers and actors. its just that something,that pull, that necessity almost and what is that something? well my humble knowledge would suggest that its just that part of 'god' that shines through you - though i would be more interested in knowing just what that is!

and im just curious what it is about the successful ones that leads you to believe they are very developed spiritually?

All the serious artists I know feel that way. Is it in terms of one's soul gridwork an incarnation purposed in an intensive astral body development?

Naturally some leading actors are very well aware of their psyche, it is felt in their presence. And it all ends up with spirituality/self-help/truth/gnostism material when it comes to a personal ejucation of people who are "above the bar" in their perspective, specially today and in Hollywood.

So what is going in the minds of those who are in the know, to some extend, of how the world and Hollywood work metaphysically, why acting and being in top spots in Hollywood satisfies them so much, and being top actors in very influential spots as they are  - where their soul gridwork leads to --  I'd be glad to get a clearer view on these.

I watch a lot of movies.  Some actors are very talented.  Some movies can be quite inspirational and may reveal deeper truths about what is happening.

I think of movies like Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Star Wars films, The Matrix.  There are others as well.

Magazines and TV place a great focus on actors.  While we can appreciate them for the talent, I suggest being aware of possibilities where individual power and sense of worth is given away.
