Actually, one water deva I spoke with this weekend was practically scolding me about this same point, trying to drive it into my little dense head 
She said that the ancient, tried and true method of "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear" is how advanced metaphysical information was always meant to be conveyed. People have to first make the effort in their own lives to be ready to receive this type of information. Then they have to set the intention, consciously or unconsciously, that they really want to learn. Then, and only then, does the universe set into motion divine synchronicity, instantly matching teacher and student. The energy grid has to be set up within their upper chakras so that they can receive the vibration of what you are trying to share.
I was also given a long lecture about the bell curve, or sine wave, and how this waveform is a representation of how humanity is currently evolving. You have the "herd" in the middle, the bulging part of the bell (cow-like types who are easily led and need a simplistic, black and white view of things because they are unwilling? unable? to embrace a more sophisticated level of discernment; the herd means well, is generally good-intentioned and has heart energy but is easily manipulated and very dangerous when it gets frightened or startled - the madness of crowds and all that.)
Then you have the "wolf" or the predator at one extreme end. The wolf is hunting the pack and is pretty much just doing his job. The wolf in himself isn't evil, he's doing what nature intended.
At the other extreme end, you have the white eagle, who flies above and ahead of the herd and out of the path of the predatorial wolves.
In addition to the normal bell curve, there was a Luciferian distortion wave that inappropriately entered into this reality a long time ago, and it wreaked havoc not just with this world of 3-D but also with the angelic and devic realms. Everyone was taken by surprise when antimatter technology in effect broke a hole into this reality. Many of the angels were lost to the dark side until the remaining angels could figure out what was happening. Same great loss of numbers happened in the devic realms, too. Did you know that some water devas are aligned with evil? And some members of the mineral/crystal kingdom are tricksters, too?
This Luciferian distortion brought about imbalance in the sine wave/waveform stream of evolution that was happening in the world of 3-d. Before then, all was in balance. Afterwards, the path of evolution for all creatures got hijacked and our world went dark.
Now shadow energies and unensouled beings started to rush into this plane in huge numbers. These are the "ghouls" Stuart Wilde talks about. They attached themselves to the predatorial wolf energies at the extreme end of the bell curve but distorted them. Again, wolf in himself isn't a bad guy, he's just doing his job, and when he kills members of the herd (deer and so forth,) he only goes after the sick, the elderly, or the weak. He culls the herd. There is compassion and purpose in his actions.
But the Luciferian influx has no compassion, and souls of that vibration do not have functional heart/love energy. The addition of the Luciferian into that stream of the evolutional bell curve distorted things. Suddenly wolf wasn't just wolf anymore. Other, evil, predatorial energies were added to the mix. Suddenly ET's without heart energies were allowed to incarnate here. They were also able to possess human bodies temporarily or over several lifetimes, overshadowing the main human soul in that body, existing as parasites. Energies started pervading this reality whom the Creator never intended to be here.
At the white eagle end are the lightworkers. The last 50 years have brought many of the "indigo" or more illuminated spirits into incarnation here. (I use the term indigo although I don't personally ascribe to the idea that every child born right now is automatically an indigo kid; many of them are completely unensouled and frightening to be around!) Creator has been counteracting the influx of so much Luciferian stuff by inviting numerous souls from many different, more refined, planes of reality to bring their lighter energies down here and attempt to inject a lighter vibration into the mix to counter the Luciferian overshadowing that has been going on for too long and to make this place habitable again, without the psychic pollution that polluted the "garden."
So you have white eagle people/souls at one extreme end; the true advanced white eagles are the Jesus types or extremely gifted spiritual masters. You have baby eagles next to that, the indigo souls and lightworker types who are drawn to the healing pathway. (And by healer I refer to anyone attuned to the love vibration, not necessarily people in the holistic health profession.) And there is this heightened influx of baby eagles now who have come within the past 50 years.
Then you have the herd in the middle.
Then you have the wolf predators (less evil predators, more just natural predators taking out the weak or the sick) and the really bad Luciferian predatorial energies at the other extreme energy of the bell.
This was the energy map that was given me by the deva I spoke with. It's kind of hard to do without drawing a diagram, but you get the idea.
She was adamant about the dangers of stirring up the herd. If you present ideas or energies to the herd and they can't get their heads around what you're presenting, they instantly classify you as either wolf or white eagle, only they aren't sure which you are. They will usually default to a fearful or attack reaction. Then you get stomped on.
I can speak to the truth of that one. Want to count all the hoof marks down my back ? My bet is that you other readers and posters here have had your share, too. We should compare photos sometime!
Still, there are a lot of souls right on the margins of the herd headed toward baby eagle territory in their spiritual vibration, ripe for spiritual opening, usually already manifesting very strong psychic abilities. They are typically completely overwhelmed because of their energy sensitivity and not having good teaching about how to manage these capabilities.
It's reaching THOSE people that is my passion.
Just this weekend I met a budding baby eagle, a young massage therapist and mother of two who knew she was an empath but didn't know the word for what she was. It took my boyfriend and I explaining to her gently what an empath is, how being a direct psychic sponge is difficult when you do hands-on healing work, and it requires special self-protection and self-cleansing techniques so the healer can stay well. That stuff isn't widely taught. Massage school teachers are still into the old "Oh, just imagine yourself surrounded by white light and you'll be fine."
Cough. Bull poop. I could get on my soap box about that one, but I won't do so here. Check out my articles about this at my site if this resonates with you, that healers are woefully unprepared for handling the complex energies that assail them in their healing work.
All of the healers I know except three - so that makes several hundred - are sick right now because of not being taught this stuff. Or they just default to Reiki training. AGGH. Don't get me started on that one, either. In Reiki you have this technique where essentially all you do is energize people, give them energy.
What if there is sickness in them? You've just added energy and heat to their condition, causing what is essentially a psychic fever. This causes the auric field to overexpand and the person to feel unwell or out-of-body.
You have to REMOVE the toxicity and sickness and entity attachments first before giving energy.
This is why every Reiki worker I've ever known is unwell. They do the energizing, not the removal of the toxic stuff first. People who go to them with chronic situations of overcongested energy in their body (for example, with rheumatoid arthritis) feel worse after a session and wonder why.
Again, it's all lack of teaching.
I know one of my secondary "missions" is about "healing the healers," but, quite frankly, this usually consists of performing triage on someone who is pretty badly off. How many emergency cases can one person reasonably expect to handle? I ran a 24 hour a day help clinic for about ten years until it caught up to me. That's why I don't offer readings or healings for public consumption anymore. Instead, I try to get information out.
Healers mean well but when they go through that blissful peak experience, heart awakening stuff, they often lose their ability to discern - evil doesn't exist anymore - no one will ever do them wrong - Spirit has all the answers.
Honey, sometimes, you have to remember you're in 3-D. This ain't heaven. And there's some serious crap going on here, thanks to the ghouls.
But we CAN make it much more of a heaven, through our incredible creationary abilities as sovereign spiritual beings. More teaching just needs to be out there so people can make use of it.
So, back to my dilemma - how do you accomplish getting the information out without acquiring a Swiss cheese-like quality from receiving so many hoof marks from the frightened herd?
