Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

Something from the latest Tobias channel (Aug. 6) that seems to relate to this event:  "You're going to see dramas intensify here for a period of time."

He speaks of the importance of the breath here. Coincidentally (?) in the last couple of months, I've started an exercise routine, the Tibetan Five Rites, that emphasizes deep regular breathing.

http://crimsoncircle.com/channelseries/ … rityqa.htm

This flow right now, in particular, is so important that we are going to ask you to do breathing in particular this next month. That is a physical way of keeping the flow going. Breathe on a regular basis. There is a beautiful and wonderful – how to say – a breathing disc that was done by the “Doctor of Breath"  that you may want to get so that it can guide you through the breathing.

But, opening up right now is most important. It is particularly important because of this massive amount of very Old dark energy that has come onto Earth now; it has been infused. You’ll find that it’s very important to continue your flowing and your breathing so as not to get caught up. You’re going to see dramas intensify here for a period of time. Things intensify as this Old dark energy that was brought in tries to find its way into some type of form or some type of manifestation.

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

I live 20 miles from work and it's in a different town and we have harsh winters. Hmm ... might have to carpool.

Jen's Tobias quote includes:

You’ll find that it’s very important to continue your flowing and your breathing so as not to get caught up. You’re going to see dramas intensify here for a period of time. Has been infused and tries to find its way into some type of form or manifestation. Good point! So much junk from all creation is being focussed in this planet's 3D in order to uplift the junk. It wants to continue to exist as is, while the forces of love want to change its resonance. It's quite a job we've been assigned here!

Yes, that description of the "Oil Storm" movie is for real.  I saw it on tv a few months ago - the disruption and run up in oil and gas prices starts with a hurricane hitting Louisiana.

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

Somebody knew it was coming and prepped us. We've been inurred for quite some time now about a lot of harsh realities.

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

The article posted here suggests that (surprise) information about this "storm" was not exactly timely and that it may have been even more gigantic than they are currently letting on (another surprise, I know).

Was this a gigantic weather-engineered tornado?

From Kate at: www.metatech.org

We are not being told the real story about Hurricane Katrina.

The first evidence of interference from the authorities was the delay in information from the National Hurricane Center. I regularly watch the National Hurricane Center at www.hwn.org and the longest they ever take to update is 15 mins. They normally update EVERY TIME at 7am, 11am, 7 pm and 11pm. (Why do they have two delays of EIGHT hours between 11 am and 7 pm and between 11pm and 7 am?).

The update for Katrina finally came through on Sunday at 1.30 pm - 2.5 hours OVERDUE - but was only dated 10am! Not the normal 11 am. Speed has gone from 160 to 175 mph! Why was the report 3 ? hours late?

There was an update at 4pm.  Which was a good thing, since they don't normally do that. But again, from memory I think this was at least an hour late, but I can’t remember how late.  In this update the speed was meant to have slowed down to 165 mph, yet it was still off shore. Why did it slow down if it was still off shore? They normally pick up speed near the shore. Was this a lie? Was it really faster than this?

There was NO 7 pm update – just before it hit!!!

Then the next update finally came through at 11.30 pm – NOT 11.00 pm, but again it was even later than that as it was labeled 10 pm, not 11 pm. So again it was really 1.5 hours late. WHY???

The later updates were also late but I didn’t record what happened with them.

I posted some of the above information about the delay in information on rumormillnews.com. Soon after, we received an email which was meant to be from someone who saw the reports from the Hurricane Hunters (the airplanes that fly directly into hurricanes to collect data). This person said that Hurricane Katrina was really a TORNADO - 200 MILES wide!!

Here is the post about the tornado.

This is a snip from an email from Louisiana. The writer does not live in MO. It was written at 11:58 am today. I really In his words, his area will get it in the stomach, while New Orleans gets it in the teeth. Fearsome
stuff.

"The hunters just came in -- the speed of the eye-wall is so damned high that on the Fujita TORNADO Scale this is a giant, force THREE TORNADO!!! A damned 200-mile wide TORNADO!!!!!"

There is some evidence that this may have been the truth:

The damage was so wide.
Hurricanes normally are much more local.
The hurricane died out VERY quickly. Normally hurricanes continue way up the country, maintaining strength for quite a long way. We read reports that journalists were surprised at how quickly it disappeared. Tornados vanish quickly. Hurricanes don't.

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

I don't know...this whole situation is getting to me perhaps more than it should...

http://www.cnn.com/2005/WEATHER/09/01/k … index.html

There is a video link there about halfway down the article.  There is still no military presence on the streets...there is still no food.  Why have there been no air drops?

This is going way beyond incompetence or ineptitude, it just seems to me that these people are being left to die.  Too much focus is being placed on the looters.  Why would people be shooting at rescuers so much?  Apparently now there are even snipers shooting at people, and any rescue attempts.  I don't know - this whole thing just totally stinks!  Something is very very wrong...

Listen to the tone of the reporter, and listen what the woman in the studio is very careful not to say.  "Where is all the help???"  It seems that even the media is beginning to wonder what is going on...

67

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

Hopefully the pictures show up. I feel that this event is way bigger than 911 where we have a Dead city but yet when 911 happened there was 24 hour nonstop coverage on all networks but for the hurricane we have a under the circumstances of this huge event a tad of news information.  What is really bothering me are those levies that broke......During a beginning of a major crisis these levies are mandated to dispell water even if it causes some flooding to relieve pressure so they do not burst......For engineers this is common knowlege.  That the media is not even showing this is an outcry but yet as 911 it was caused by inside goverment as well but through majority of propaganda that we are so used to seeing this well go unnoticed to the majority of America.  Interesting picture of two pictures of a white couple and a black man doing the same thing...Oh how the media makes main USA hate black people

Here's one news photos of a white couple with the caption: "Two residents wade through chest-deep water after finding bread at a local and soda from a local grocery store..."

Here's another photo of a black man with the caption: "A young man walks through chest-deep water after looting a grocery store..."

68

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

I thought that too ... too much emphasis on the looters. Why isn't the manpower that's being put toward stopping the looters directed toward actual assistance? What the h. are authorities worried about keeping the looters from getting ... the mess people are going to return to someday, maybe? Geez, if  goods are available, use them.

And just who is living within the crowds of people who happens to have a gun with them? People snap, I know, but it seems very wrong that these ones can't be stopped and can hinder rescue efforts ... like they're set-ups along with the rest of it.

Tell me about it.   "Bias" would be the word for it.   It's okay when white people do it but not okay when black people do it.

I found this MSN story to have some interesting points that we've all been thinking of course:

article wrote:

NEW ORLEANS - Fights and fires broke out, corpses lay out in the open, and rescue helicopters and law enforcement officers were shot at as flood-stricken New Orleans slipped toward anarchy Thursday.

“This is a desperate SOS,  the mayor said.

Anger mounted across the city as thousands of storm victims grew increasingly hungry, desperate and tired of waiting for buses to take them out.

Officials said thousands more National Guardsmen were being sent to the city, and Congress planned a special session Thursday night to approve emergency aid. But across the city, residents complained that aid was not arriving and a local official blamed the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

“This is a national disgrace,"  said Terry Ebbert, head of New Orleans’ emergency operations. “FEMA has been here three days, yet there is no command and control,"  Ebbert said. “We can send massive amounts of aid to tsunami victims but we can’t bail out the city of New Orleans."

"We have got a mayor who has been pushing and asking but we’re not getting supplies,"  he said. He said the evacuation was almost entirely a Louisiana operation. “This is not a FEMA operation. I haven’t seen a single FEMA guy."

Mayor Ray Nagin, in issuing his dire plea in a statement to CNN, said: “Right now we are out of resources at the convention center and don’t anticipate enough buses. Currently the convention center is unsanitary and unsafe and we are running out of supplies for 15,000 to 25,000 people."

At least seven bodies were scattered outside, and hungry people broke through the steel doors to a food service entrance and began pushing out pallets of water and juice and whatever else they could find.

An old man in a chaise lounge lay dead in a grassy median as hungry babies wailed around him. Around the corner, an elderly woman lay dead in her wheelchair, covered with a blanket, and another body lay beside her wrapped in a sheet.

“I don’t treat my dog like that,"  Daniel Edwards said as he pointed at the woman in the wheelchair. “I buried my dog."

“You can do everything for other countries but you can’t do nothing for your own people," he said. "You can go overseas with the military but you can’t get them down here."

The street outside the center, above the floodwaters, smelled of urine and feces, and was choked with dirty diapers, old bottles and garbage.

“We are out here like pure animals. We don’t have help,"  said the Rev. Isaac Clark, 68.

People there, some holding crying babies or elderly barely able to stand up, shouted for help as TV news crews passed by.

Doctors at two desperately crippled hospitals with 360 patients called The Associated Press pleading for rescue, saying they were nearly out of food and power and had been forced to move patients to higher floors to escape looters.

“We have been trying to call the mayor’s office, we have been trying to call the governor’s office. ... We have tried to use any inside pressure we can. We are turning to you. Please help us,"  said Dr. Norman McSwain, chief of trauma surgery at Charity Hospital.

Other parts of the city saw similar desperation. “We need help,"  Polly Boudreaux, clerk of the St. Bernard Parish Council, told WAFB-TV in a phone interview in which she broke down crying.

“We're just been absolutely devastated,"  she said, and many residents still need to be rescued.

Little outside aid has reached the parish, she added. “We are not seeing it."

While most stranded residents were orderly, police warned reporters to be careful given the desperation.

“We were told don't drink or eat in public as it could lead to a mob situation,"  NBC's Michelle Hofland said. “We were told that by sundown to get out of here."

Federal rescue workers were pulled back from some areas of the city where gunfire was heard or reported, a Department of Homeland Security official told NBC News.

“Hospitals are trying to evacuate,"  said Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Cheri Ben-Iesan, spokesman at the city emergency operations center. “At every one of them, there are reports that as the helicopters come in people are shooting at them. There are people just taking potshots at police and at helicopters, telling them, “You better come get my family."

Police Capt. Ernie Demmo said a National Guard military policeman was shot in the leg as the two scuffled for the MP’s rifle. The man was arrested.

“These are good people. These are just scared people,"  Demmo said.

The situation at the Superdome, where thousands of people were being evacuated by bus to the Houston Astrodome, also deteriorated. Paramedics were alarmed by the sight of people with guns.

A crowd broke through a line of National Guardsmen and were stopped by 19 heavily armed state policemen, all in Kevlar vests.

State police Officer K.W. Miller told a reporter, “You better move to the back. This is ready to break. We’ve been here since 6 a.m. and this is getting worse and worse."

“There’s so many people there. It’s a desperate situation with no air conditioning and no water,"  added Louisiana National Guard Lt. Col. Pete Schneider.

Fights broke out. A fire erupted in a trash chute inside the dome, but a National Guard commander said it did not affect the evacuation.

An air ambulance service official said helicopter transfers of the sick and injured were suspended after report of a helicopter being fired on overnight.

Able-bodied evacuees were still being moved by bus to Houston's Astrodome, the National Guard said, correcting a Guard official who said that operation was on hold as well.

Texas on Thursday announced that it would house 25,000 more evacuees in San Antonio.

The Superdome helicopter operation was suspended “until they gain control of the Superdome,"  said Richard Zuschlag, head of Acadian Ambulance, which was handling the evacuation of sick and injured people.

He said the National Guard told him that it was sending 100 military police officers to gain control. “That’s not enough,"  Zuschlag. “We need a thousand."

Medics were calling him and crying for help because they were so scared of people with guns at the Superdome, he added.

Zuschlag said shots were fired at a military helicopter over the Superdome before daybreak, but a National Guard officer said he had a report of just one shot being fired at the helicopter.

Zuschlag added that when another evacuation helicopter tried to land at a hospital in the outlying town of Kenner overnight, the pilot reported that 100 people were on the landing pad, and some of them had guns.

“He was frightened and would not land,"  Zuschlag said.

President Bush will tour the hurricane-devastated Gulf Coast region on Friday and has asked former Presidents Clinton and Bush to lead a private fund-raising campaign to help victims recover, the White House said Thursday.

An additional 10,000 National Guard troops from across the country were ordered into the Gulf Coast to shore up security, rescue and relief operations. The new units brought the number of troops dedicated to the effort to more than 28,000, in what may be the largest military response to a natural disaster.

Looting has also been a problem in Mississippi.

“The truth is, a terrible tragedy like this brings out the best in most people, brings out the worst in some people,"  said Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour on NBC’s “Today"  show Thursday. “We’re trying to deal with looters as ruthlessly as we can get our hands on them."

In New Orleans, Nagin on Wednesday night ordered the city's 1,500 police officers to leave their search-and-rescue mission and focus on stopping the looting.

Police were asking residents to give up any firearms before they evacuated neighborhoods because officers desperately needed the firepower: Some officers who had been stranded on the roof of a hotel said they were shot at.

Nagin called for an all-out evacuation of the city’s remaining residents. Asked how many people died, he said: “Minimum, hundreds. Most likely, thousands." ...........

All I can say is that they better get there quick.  Although at this point I don't know if it would even help.

Why this now - when there are far more important events to cover?

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

You are right about no air drops which is unheard of....Also China, Russia, Velezuala, offered assistance but the United States declined the offer saying this was an internal matter.....wow!!! Yet when the Russian submarine (the first time around) when Russia did not ask for help Americans were outraged that they waited way too long and if they asked for help sooner the sailors would be alive....now the shoe is on the other foot and we say no thanks (while the world sees coverage of reptiles (Russian and Chines newscast) eating bodies along the city but we do not see this) Those supposed people now shooting at helicopters.....hmm just like a supposed suicide bomber (No bomb but quite effective someone yelling there was...covert person maybe)....Lyra you were right about Goro's timecode being a day off but maybe the pilgims were part of the timecode

Are you SERIOUS??   WOW.  I had no idea. Damn.  Well wait, I did read one brief offhand reference to a shark being sited swimming in the water in the city, and I think maybe one reference to alligators, but our media really isn't showing anything. Not that I'm complaining.  I don't think anybody really wants to see pics of that sort of thing.  It's enough to know that it's happening, we don't need to see it.

Oh, and Americans are "furious" at the gas prices. roll  They're not outraged at the situation down in New Orleans, just the fact that they have to pay over $3 a gallon now.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20050901/ts_ … asoline_dc

Oh well.  I guess people really DIDN'T see this one coming. (price gauging, oil barrell prices sky rocketing)   I got my full tank of gas over the weekend because of the impending price gauging.  It wasn't a matter of "if" the prices were going to go up after this hurricane, but when.   People should have got their gas over the weekend.  I don't feel sorry for them though, complaining about gas and not the real issues.   Gas and oil has been a crisis in the making all year.   Where have they been?  Oh nevermind, probably watching their favorite shows on TV.   roll

Re: Katrina, New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

Excerpt from Matthew's latest message of 8/31.  He has some interesting things to say about Katrina.

Let us begin with the
questions about hurricane Katrina as that is in everyone's mind. To
start, I'll answer those who are asking if global warming was
responsible for this titanic storm. Global warming isn't an
actuality, but global cleansing is, and that is what originated
Katrina. Yes, increasingly obvious aberrant weather occurrences,
even entire climate changes, are besetting the planet; however, they
are not heading Earth into oblivion but rather paving the way to her
Golden Era. All of these unusual occurrences are either releasing
kinetic energy–the amassed negativity due to humankind's brutality to
each other, the animals and the planet body–or clearing specific
areas where trauma took place, and all of the extremes shortly will
swing back toward moderation of temperatures, breezes, and nourishing
rainfall.

Now, did weather control technology play any part in this storm's
intensity? Indeed it did! However, Katrina started as Earth's own
effort to rid herself of negativity so that she can continue at her
ascension pace–often I have mentioned that geophysical events will
continue for a while longer for that reason. Had Mother Nature been
left alone, the extent of death and devastation would not have
happened–our space family's technology would have leveled out the
hurricane's forcefulness so that a much wider area, largely over
water, would have had stormy weather and the same amount of
negativity would have been transmuted.

But Mother Nature was not allowed to pursue her own course. On-
planet weather controllers, who intended even more death and
destruction than is being discovered, saw and seized the opportunity
to cause that. By reducing the wind velocity, ET technology thwarted
those intentions to the greatest extent possible, but their efforts
to deflect the path of the storm were seriously hampered by the
controllers' determined steering of the hurricane into their desired
location. Katrina became a battlefield of technologies, and even
though the ET's is more advanced than that developed on-planet, it
could not disperse the powerful momentum of that energy so as to
prevent the sea inundating low-lying areas.

Some among you are wondering if the death toll and property loss is a
matter of personal and/or planetary karma. No. The intervention
efforts of our space family could not have been put forth if that
were the case. A vital aspect of the planetary cleansing that
started several decades past and is enabling Earth's ascension is the
opportunity for souls to complete their third density karma so they
can accompany Earth into the higher vibrations where darkness cannot
exist. From my current station outside your galaxy, I cannot easily
monitor all the details of Katrina's aftermath so I can't tell you
the number of souls whose karma was completed prior to transition,
but I know from colleagues in Nirvana that many of the souls'
contracts had not been fulfilled. If the families and friends of
those whose physical lives were lost could know that through divine
grace, all who died have been given full credit for karmic completion
and thus may reincarnate in a higher density, it could be some
measure of comfort for those who understand how significant this
spiritual evolutionary step is.

Since Earth's karma is tied to her residents', until all of them have
achieved balanced experiencing–and that is the purpose of karma–she
herself will be seeking balance.

Mother, don't bother typing your recurring thought: "Was more
negativity incurred by Katrina than gotten rid of?" Thankfully, that
answer also is "No." Because the on-planet weather controllers don't
understand Earth's need to free herself of negativity through release
of kinetic energy, they can't see how disasters of that storm's
proportions can possibly have any positive effects. But there are.
A vast amount of kinetic energy was released, which propelled the
planet more rapidly in her chosen direction, and the outpouring of
light from a compassionate world is adding to the ever increasing in-
beaming from well beyond Earth. Take heart in knowing that the
outcome of this diabolical plot to kill masses and destroy far more
area than was affected is the opposite of what the planners
intended. Even with the personal tragedies affecting so many,
Katrina is a severe setback for the darkness.

The release of that amount of negativity means that the need for
severe natural geophysical events in your future has been lessened,
although not yet eliminated, and ET technology can immediately
counter manmade efforts. While that certainly is good news, the
primary positive outcome is that the fourth density, or maybe higher,
status of those who physically perished means that no longer are they
easy prey for the dark overlords' influence–that is the real battle
between light and dark forces: Which will attract souls? And there
is still another excellent result–I'll mention that in my reply to a
question that I know is coming.

S: OK. Please explain how some souls can jump from third density
here to higher than fourth in their next incarnate lifetime.

MATTHEW: I added that for accuracy of my statement because I don't
know if any among the deceased persons already is fourth or higher in
soul evolvement.

S: I see. Thank you. Before we go on to the other questions, do you
want to say anything else about Katrina?

MATTHEW: I don't think so, Mother–I replied to the questions on your
list and added information, so let's move on to the next questions
that are, in short: What will happen in Iraq? and Will the US invade
Iran?

The constitution presented to the Iraqi citizens is a sham of
democracy devised by the Illuminati's puppets put into influential
positions in that country. There will be heavy opposition to the
puppet government, albeit it attributed only to the machinations of
the United States government–not to mention that the three major
factions in Iraq have different ideas about who is entitled to rule
all–so internal strife and chaotic conditions will continue for some
time to come. Pressure on the Bush administration to withdraw US
military will continue and, added to the disclosure of evidence
proving his and others' complicity in "9/11" and the true reasons for
starting the war in Iraq, that will result in troops' orderly
departure and some easing of tensions within that country. However,
peace and cooperation among all Iraqis–and this is true of ALL
peoples on Earth–will come with the light of the higher frequencies.
At that point, if dark influences still are prevailing in some hearts
and minds, those souls simply won't be with the rest of you.

Now I return to the positive results of Katrina. First, I shall tell
you frankly, that prior to the advent of this hurricane, momentum in
the energy field of potential had reached the point where preventing
an invasion of Iran was nearly impossible. Now this cannot go
forward as intended, not with the nation's expectation of adequate
assistance to the many thousands who are homeless and in great need.
It is not due to any greater respect for life among the prominent
members of Bush's administration, but straightforward logistics and
funding that must shelve for the time being their invasion plans.
Fomenting the turbulence that of course would result from their use
of weather control, yet planning to launch an invasion a short time
after wreaking such vast destruction at home shows their desperation-
type thinking. With still more intense light generation above, on
and within Earth, the delay can be sufficient so that the implicating
evidence will become public. Even with disbelievers–and the
resonance of the shock will be considerable!–the faltering support
for troops occupying Iraq, let alone expanding the warfront, will
weaken further and then die.

50,000 Dead as New Orleans Declared ‘Dead City’, United States Military Orders Elite Special Forces from Iraq to Restore Order as Refuges Become ‘Ruthless Mob’

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting this morning on what can only be described as a human catastrophe as it pertains to the events currently developing in the United States Southern Regions, and where the 24th largest city in this country has been declared as a ‘Dead City’.

Reports are also reaching us that the American people themselves have still not been informed by their Military Leaders as to the full extent of the human lives lost, and as some of these reports estimate as being over 50,000 lives lost, and which makes this the greatest single natural disaster to have ever occurred in the United States.

Unlike Russian and Chinese television broadcasts from this region, the people in the United States are not being shown the images of the masses of human remains floating in their Southern waters, many being eaten by reptiles in scenes so horrific as to shock any normal human being that has seen them.  Russian Social Scientists report that these American peoples are not able to view these images, and indeed are kept from viewing them, as they are not ‘emotionally equipped’ to absorb the true horror of these events, and which is strange as these American people produce and export to the entire world some of the most shockingly violent movies in the world has ever seen..
