the most helpful question to ask is; what should one think about when doing it!?

You're on your own with that one!

Re: porno etc.

Hi.

I think that the best thing one can do about it, is not a specific thinking or controling technique, rather a meditative listening to the body, and the alchemical processes going on, especially in the sacral area. The trick is surrendering, and letting those energies do whatever they need to do, without responding in any specific way, just being a witness on what's going on there. Locating and "zooming-in" on the energetic process more and more, watching less with what goes with the thoughs. Our awarness can be focused anywhere we want (only in this moment). It doesn't Have to be on the mind all the time. Appreciating the abstract not the specific, is the key in letting transformation i think. The body/mind/spirit heals itself best when one is not interefering. As it says "patience is the quickest way"

Re: porno etc.

yes, awareness....

from the first posting til now, i think i've realized my problem is mostly guilt. the fatigue is another issue...

danke

Re: porno etc.

thanks for the great info.

another quote from there;

"A man may attain health and longevity if he practices an ejaculation frequency of twice monthly or 24 times in a year."

.....that's the way it's gonna be from now on! i hope.

Re: porno etc.

i realized this a long time ago. this is the Crux... if you don't have something to...quench the existentialism, your in for it. this alone can lead to a suicidal depression. i myself am into music big time...can't read music but so what (> software).

as i said before, i've been celibate for over 20 years now. i'd like to think i might SOMEHOW benefit from this!

it is a horrible thing to have no passions. wholesome passions.....

ya know, the norms in this country are absolutely incredible. it's really everything. from diet, sex.....all of it. it's all debased. believe it or not, even using a toilet is going against nature. that is, eastern folk squat - as this does'nt constrict the flow.

how dare a doctor not ask me how my diet is. how dare they tell me it's ok to cum whenever. um, etc.

Yes, it's true.    The mainstream media has gotten worse, and worse, and grosser and grosser, and more shocking and lewd with every passing year.   The bar keeps getting re-set, the limits are pushed further and further.  The stage we're currently at right now, unless something changes soon, is the processs of normalizing sex with children.   This transition / programming is happening right now, as I type this.  Examples can be found everywhere.   There are things today that we have been conditioned via the media to think are normal, which 100 years ago you just didn't see in the open.  It would have been an abhorration.   So, imagine where we'll be 80 years from now.    What's still considered taboo and shocking, even 2005?   Will it still be taboo and shocking in 2085?
