I went to a Raelian meeting once in college, for the sheer entertainment of it. The meting was intended to introduce non-raelians to the movement (cult). It was basically a seminar that began with a video on UFOs - various convincing footage intended to present a case that aliens are real.

Then came another video introducing Rael, giving a recounting of his meeting with aliens that changed his life forever. There was a drawing of what he remembered of the encounter - several beings walking down a ramp from a saucer shaped spaceship. They all looked like tall grays except had long hair and a goatee - so basically a cross between Jesus and a gray.  Funny thing is the friend I brought to the meeting had long hair and a goatee, and all the raelians there were drawn to him after the meeting as though they thought he was one. 

The rest of the video summed up the raelian philosophy. Basically, they are atheists and do not believe in a soul, that we are nothing more than the sum of our genetics and memories, and that after death, our consciousnes disintegrates into nothingness. Only through cloning can we become immortal, because by cloning we are making duplicates of our genetics and (through some mechanism) our memories, and if that's all we are, then we can survive death through our clones.

If you recall, a while ago there was a cloning scandal about a female doctor who intended to clone humans, and then the later claim that a baby clone had indeed been born. This doctor was a Raelian and this was part of the Raelians' pet project. Fits right in with their philosophy.

Regarding aliens, the Raelians believe that aliens created all life on earth through genetic engineering. Example they use is a butterfly whose intricate geometry could ONLY have been designed intelligently in a lab, or so they claim. Who created these aliens? I'm not sure if they answer that. Anyway, Raelians are expecting these aliens to return, to give us the gift of immortality and rule over us since they are, after all, our creators. Toward this end, the Raelians are collecting money to build  a Space Embassy in Israel, a spaceport and welcoming (command) center for the aliens when they make open contact. These aliens they call the Elohim. 

It's a nice cult for people who are atheist, scientific, and materialistic, but who cannot deny the evidence of alien intelligence. Their ignorance of spirituality makes them easy targets for this sort of trap. It's an extreme variation of the Sitchin view of creation, which seems to be part of a disinformation campaign to soften up the world to the idea of alien saviours.

I just noticed this, it may be common knowledge but though I would point it out:

The word Reptilian contains the word Raelian and that both words contain the word alien

Obviously he has a sense of humour as well.

No, "reptilian" only contains one a.  But close enough, I suppose.  I'm sure they're driven by the same thing, anyway.

Speaking of hidden words, JT you once quoted Michael Topper who referenced the Hilarion material. Later he commented that the book title "Hilarion" had the letters L and A connected at the base. He took this as a clue and realized that qabbalistically (or maybe it was numerologically?) L and A sum to the letter "O".  So with the code deciphered, "Hilarion" actually spells "Hi Orion".

Maybe Raelian refers to reptilian even without that extra "a". However, there's no doubt about "raelien" sounding like "Ra - alien" - perhaps subliminally hinting at aliens being our creator gods (Ra = egyptian god) and saviours? The terms "elohim" is a biblical reference to God's little helpers who created mankind, and since they are depicted as Jesus-grays, the notion of "saviours" is implanted. Interesting how the entire Raelian movement, right down to their name, hints at their ultimate agenda.

The woman who got me starting up the Nesara thread told me that she knew that St.Germaine was at the head of the Nesara "project". She said it in a negative connotation.

I'm with you here.   You can't expect much reliability from someone who claims:  "...to have been a high-priestess of Poseidon, Atlantis in her past life, in charge of protecting and using the Crystal Skull now known as the Mayan Skull........She says this will lead to first-contact..........."

Sorry, but my GOD.   Holy cow.   Yeah, she may  "speak vividly and passionately........" which causes BB to give her "the benefit of the doubt", but that's exactly WHY you should be suspicious.......BECAUSE she's so passionately spewing all this stuff about high priestesses of Poseidon, etc. etc. blah blah blah.  Crazy people speak passionately.     Sane, wise people are quiet.  It's called body language and speech analysis.   It's not so much WHAT people say but HOW they say it.  I wish more people were better at reading others, a lot of deception and trickery at the hands of crazy people and / or malicious people could be avoided.   

Yes, as you can tell, I have ZERO patience with New Agers.  They're maddening.   And their followers tend to often times be a tad gullible.
