Why externalize? The real sun is within.

Excuses to seek salvation outside the Self is what all rigged religions and manipulated belief systems have in common.

I agree. The more we externalize the more we are taken away from inner truth and light and connection to pure source.

Regardless of cataclysms here, that just sounds like a fine idea to me.

Yes i find it weired that we should only focus on the sun as i have said before life is possible on earth because of the INTERACTION of the sun and Earths energies, it would be kinda like devoting yourself to your Father for giving you life yet ignoring your Mother thus IMBALANCE.

Love is, and has always been, the only way to human spiritual evolution. And it shines down upon us from above. The reason we don't appreciate this is because we are not in tune with the living sun. Yes i agree that love is the only way to spiritual evolution but that source comes from WITHIN not from without. The reason we dont apperciate this is because we are fooled into looking externally for the answers and have forgotten who we really are.
We are all one we already are the sun , obsession with just one part of the whole is fragmenting which leads further away from true enlightenment and unconditional love.

By all means let us be like the sun and shine out freely and unconditionally our love and light that comes from within.
Thats the way nature works.

Its not like we are fractions of the whole but rather versions of the whole.

Maybe soon I will realize with clarity that there is a lack of clarity here (and that's ok).

wandering1,
I do appreciate it when you put some energetic thought into your posts. I am evasive, as you say, because whatever I say about myself is merely more for my critics to feast on and meanwhile the message itself is sidelined, but, as you keep insisting I'll try to speak for myself.

My life has been an unusual one to say the least. It has been a series of challenges set, I now know, to wake me up. This is not so unusual, I know, and anyone who faces their challenges in life and overcomes them does achieve a degree of enlightment. I think where it went beyond what might be considered the norm was due to a very deep belief, or faith, that each of us carries something very precious inside us. I mean apart from the soul, inner light, love, truth, whatever....What I'm trying to say is, there is this precious gift beyond value that is given to each of us and if we search for it all our lives, through all the challenges and no matter how dim the light of hope becomes or how dispirited we become at times, and we refuse to compromise when it is offered and we show that we are prepared to die rather than surrender it then one day this precious gift reveals itself to us.

I like to think that my writing, albiet much open to critism, reflects a sincere attempt on my part to be truful. I am a self-controlled being, it is difficult therefore to picture myself as being perceived to  being manipulated, or under the sway of the subjects mentioned some of my posts. To me the idea is absurd but, okay, I see maybe some of you are going to have doubts. I can only assure you I am free from any negative forces but how can I prove that to your satisfaction? I don't see how that is possible. At some point you yourself have to go on your intuition and if your intuition tells you that I am the pawn of some devious plot to fool you then you must stop reading my work and speaking with with me. I know I haven't addressed all your concerns here, I'm not trying to be evasive but my time is limited. Later, and thanks for persevering where other's have dropped off.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

Divinity, Sure. Thanks.
In reply to your first query read #20 in this collumn. I have expanded on it since, as you may be aware by now. How do I know what I know. Simple. I spent a period, some time back, in a beautiful place amidst Nature and every day I asked, aloud, for these things: wisdom, courage, strength, love. I also asked for the eyes to see and the ears to hear. I have had many what I think of as ecstatic experiences during my life, and I still do. I feel privillaged, humbled and exceedingly happy that I am able to sit here today and express myself.

The Matrix was never something that was necessary. It was created to subjugate all of us. Life of Earth would be paradisical is we humans had been left alone to live in freedom and peace. I wish people could come to see that.

Everything, really, comes down to choice because when an individual makes a decision it is a statement of intent. Nothing real gets done until then. That is a reality of life.

Our lives are unfolding for everyone to see.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

Jen,
I think that connecting to Nature and spending time outdoors in the sun etc goes without saying. It is certainly my own 'natural' habitat. It would be rather difficult to re-establish contact with the sun any other way.

Maybe on other messageboards, but not here.   You never even gave Noble Realms a chance.  You started out right off the bat being evasive and dodging questions.   You created a self fullfiling prophesy. It's not like you ever revealed anything personal about your experiences....answering questions directly and honestly and openly when asked....only to have these supposed "critics" you mention slam you and personally attack you.  So for you to say this is a bunch of hooey.  It may have happened on another forum for you, or it may happen in your personal life, but it's not what happened here.  However, in being so evasive, again, you created that self fullfilling prophesy.  People dropped off like flies, uninterested, annoyed, thinking you're full of b.s. because you won't....can't....answer some simple questions.  In fact, you still have yet to address shootingstar's questions.

Personally, I don't think anybody should have to "persevere" when (attempting to) communicate with somebody on a messageboard, to use your own words.   Nothing should be that difficult.   Your last post to wandering1 is also a bunch of indirect evasiveness.  It's a a lot of words that say a whole lotta nothing.  In the time you spent writing that you could have actually addressed some of the direct questions presented to you by others.    Instead you put out a paragraph of nothing...then claimed to not have enough time to say anything.   Very strange indeed.   But people are seeing it at least, so, it's not just me.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

montalk,
I guess it comes down to a matter of choice. To imagine that the external is not valid in the great scheme of things is somewhat naive to may own way of  seeing things.
I am not talking about externalizing, that is your erroneous interpretation. I have said more than once I believe, that it is a matter of realignment. This is something that Barefoot Doc can't grasp either. We are human beings. Maybe in the course of evolution (if we are ever allowed that opportunity) we will come to the point where we do contain everything within but are you seriously suggesting that we are at that point now? Reach out and you will touch something. That is where we are now. Or maybe I'm just making excuses.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

You seem to me to be living in shells, afraid to step outside. I don't say I blame you in some ways but hey, hello, there are others out here braving the chill.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

It's always wise to look at an issue from all angles. Anything less would be foolish. So that's what we are doing here, analyzing your message to see what holds water and what does not. Truth always survives critical analysis, so if your message has truth you have nothing to worry about. Some things only time can reveal, other things we can resolve through discussion.

Onward....

To say that the sun is "your one certain contact" implies other contacts are less certain, that an internal source of guidance is inferior to the external one. That is externalizing, placing the spiritual in subservience to the physical.

I would advocate both internal spiritual and external physical resources, prioritized in that order. What you have stated so far either reverse the order or omits the internal spiritual component.  Reach out and touch Jesus, reach out and touch Gaia, reach out and touch the Solar Logos -- that's great and all, but what's so hard about also finding your inner center, your Real I, your Higher Self?

Also, contrary to your "logic" it is not necessary to contain everything within to have a source of guidance that exceeds in verity and certainty another source in question. It is only  necessary that a source at one level (internal spirit) is more reliable than a source at another level (external intelligence).

The proof of this is as follows: how many people have gotten "burned" hitching their faith on an external source of salvation? How many people have gotten burned following their hearts?

Acquiring fringe knowledge is like digging for diamonds in a mine field.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

Lyra,
I think that I do see what you're saying and I think that your posts provide helpful clarity.  I might be seeing something here that was not as evident before.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jazzpen wrote:

Thank you for asking that.  That is not exactly what I am trying to do.  You see, I cannot assure myself or anyone else here that I am free from negative forces, and that is not something that I am asking from you.

I think that you're on the right track though.  By asking the questions that I have been asking, I am looking for greater clarity, and with that any indication of negative influences will become more evident.

Along with negative influences can come valid information.  That is the challenge of attempting to work through disinformation.

I see that it is possible that your most recent post may be your most sincere and direct yet.  And by writing a post like that it makes it easier for me to guess or intuit what may be happening.  I don't know that I am correct, I am just suggesting possibilities.

Perhaps you have had some remarkable experiences and have formed a view of the world that is quite different than the typical mainstream consensus reality that is perceived by a great number of people on this planet.  If that is the case, then that might be something that you share with quite a few people here.

Over time, in attempting to share your ideas, you may have run into people who resisted these ideas.  They asked you about your sources and experiences, and when you responded, this opened you to disbelieving looks and possibly ridicule.

Perhaps you were hurt by this many times - or maybe a few times in a memorable manner.  This could lead to a desire to exercise extreme caution.  Perhaps you decided to focus simply on the message and leave any personal details out to the greatest extent possible.  Maybe you are evasive as a defensive mechanism.

I cannot guarantee you that your experiences here will be different than other places, but I suspect that they already have been different.

Perhaps this helps to clarify why I have been taking the approach that I have been taking.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

Please forgive me, but I don't understand.  What is the "purpose" of focusing on the Sun?  I think I've missed this point.

We are all spiritual beings seeking to rediscover our true nature - that hidden, spiritual part in each of us that we call soul. Soul is the all-powerful and all-present part of our being that never dies. It is our primary and most basic unit of awareness; it knows no boundaries of time or space. Throught his divine faculty we communicate with God, and the splendor of the Creator's essence is revealed to us.  At least, that's how I've seen it.

Perhaps Jazzpen, you could elucidate on your subject that I might see your view more clearly.

Enlightenment happens!  Attachment to the ego-self leads one into delusion; but faith in one's Buddha nature leads one to enlightenment.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

Well said, Wandering 1. Jazzpen, we are all curious for you to reveal what has happened to you, for you to even share this message with us. But, no offence intended, you seem to be dangling a carrot.... If that makes sense. Lyra, was spot on when she said that this forum is extemely open to all sorts. This is actually the only forum I resspond to, because I feel there really are a special bunch of people here. And I've read things that have really made my head spin. ... So, please Jazzpen, reveal the mystery, lift the veil, because otherwise your message will be wasted on deaf ears xxx

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

On reading this entire post, I see it deteriorating into anger.  Let us remember that the word maya has another meaning, which is "illusion".  It's like smoke and mirrors.  I remember how I felt when I first read the Cassiopaen works with all its complexity.  I was confused, skeptical, and even angry that parts of it was written on a level that I could not yet understand.  Some of us here sound angry that we are not getting the answers we want from Jazzpen.  Perhaps that's not the best approach.

Let us try to see this from soul's perception which allows us to see everything in life nonjudgmentally; Soul is fully aware that nothing in the lower worlds escapes the law of cause and effect.  Soul perceives situations as they truly are and has no need to respond positively or negatively.  From that point of view - what is OUR response.

We all have innate qualities and capabilities.  Human consciousness represents attachment to positive and negative thoughts and emotions, and bondage to the Earth.  We must be aware of the difference between thought coming from soul, and thoughts coming from human awareness. Most of us here can distinguish this.

Let us remember that only the ego gets sustenance and nourishment from what has been or what is to come; it loves nostalgia, the comfort of the past, and has grave concern for its survival in the future.  Let compassion guide our thoughts, words, and deeds.

There is a lesson here for all of us.

Enlightenment happens!  Attachment to the ego-self leads one into delusion; but faith in one's Buddha nature leads one to enlightenment.

Re: From Jazzpen to Shanjuran vis Eagle Red

can i make a suggestion?

perhaps if jazzpen could throw up a short and simple intro in the members introductions forum, that way we can sort of "get to know" you, but the main reason is:

to avoid cluttering their (jazzpens) thread's purpose.

does that make sense?

what im saying is, maybe if there was one specific thread where jazzpen could discuss her/his self, and people could throw in their questions for sources or whatever, that way Jazzpen's threads dont get trampled, and can flow out?

i dunno, but yea, let's keep it calm and friendly. sure if people want to provoke they can but lets all keep in mind what can happen.

Hints of exasperation, yes, but not anger.

However, I second that this is just a suggestion.
