Homeland security?? An anti-conspiracy

This may sound odd, but the other night my mother and I were looking for informations on local boil orders (something was wierd with our water, though I cleared that up, don't ask)

and, through a series of links, we found the local homeland security directory.. which was a direct link to The Center for Missing Children, and the alert colors seemed directly linked to that.

Anyone want to comment on this? This was amazing, but it was also bizzare. Never saw anything like that before.
