Topic: Implants

Has anyone found any implants on themselves or others, used a zapchecker to locate or the neodymium magnets to kill them.
Its a horrible thought, no doubt the technology has existed since the 60s to do it but is it as widespread as we are lead to believe?
Any thoughts?
