Topic: Stone Phillips and Da Vinci Code

I saw this special on MSNBC about the Da Vinci code.  During the program, there seemed to be some oddities.

1.  There was a discussion on a translation of a certain word meaning "companion", referring to Magdalene, and the woman being interviewed was giving certain ways it could be interpreted, as in meaning along the lines of "wife" or "friend", and Stone said "fellow traveler"

2.  For some apparently arbitrary reason, he did a short bit by some tree, but in the background, the Capitol Building was behind him, and when it panned in on him, slowly, it also made sure to include the dome

Now, given his name, Stone, the word "fellow traveller", and the Capitol Building, being a structure dedicated to the feminine, according to the Freemason structure of DC with the obelisk and reflecting pool, is there a chance this was a *wink wink* situation by a group of Freemasons, or whatever group would be interested in this sort of story?  It seemed to be confirming the story by symbology, but denying it by what was being said aloud.  Has anyone seen anything like this before, on any subject?

Re: Stone Phillips and Da Vinci Code

Wish I had seen the special.  Chances are if you were keen enough to catch the symbolism, that usually means thats precisely what it was...they were signalling the "adepts" who otherwise would be the freemasons.  05 and 06 are very special years for Mary Magadelene....as she was prominently featured on the surface of the Popes Trapezoid casket...

Re: Stone Phillips and Da Vinci Code

Well, it looks as though, even with the written version which he wrote, a sort of synopsis, on his show, he did the same thing with the word "companion".

Phillips: “Would the word companion translate to spouse?”

King: “It can mean spouse as well as companion.”

Others say "companion" might simply mean a spiritual companion or fellow traveler.

Fellow traveler is supposed to be a giveaway for a mason when two suspected masons meet.  As in, "Are you a fellow traveler?"  That small phrase, however, wouldn't have been enough if not for that confounding Capitol Building scene, which had nothing to do with what he was saying, as far as I can remember, and it made sure to include the dome in the shot with his head (a Baphomet reference?), where his head was to the right, and the dome was to the left, both off-centered.

I dunno, but it really stood out for some reason, and I'm not the type to look for hidden symbols in TV shows or anywhere else for that matter.  First time to experience this sort of thing on the TV, and in contradiction to the conclusions of the program.

EDIT:  That's funny, the right quotation marks in the quote look like a small cross on my end.  Odd coincidence.  (I know that the mark is put there because the font couldn't find the exact symbol, but still interesting synchronicity.)
