Topic: Scott's karmic debt...

I know this isn't a typical Current Event topic discussed on NR, but Scott Peterson was deemed the death penalty for murdering his pregnant wife.

I have never been one comfortable with the death penalty, and I worry about those on death row who can be vindicated by DNA tech, but don't get the opportunity... I have never ever wanted to sit on a murder jury. And while I know it may not sound very consciously evoluted, and even given my trepidations about the death penalty, I think Peterson should fry in his own juices... tonight.

I learned one thing from this crime that I had never heard before and it shocked and stunned me--

The number one cause of death among pregnant women is murder.

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

The Scott Peterson trial specifically brought up some issues for me to ponder which I never normally do.  One:  The death penality.  Two:  How wrapped up should we, the Joe Schmoe general public, get in these high profile cases?   When it doesn't pertain to us, when we weren't there, haven't seen the evidence and know nothing about what's going on on the "inside", is it silly to get wrapped up in it?

I didn't "follow" the Peterson case, but I did take a keen interest in one psychic's ongoing updates about the case which was featured on Rense.com.    She claimed, long before the bodies were found, where Lacey was killed and that she was dumped in the Bay, with weights on her body to hold her down, and she specified exactly WHERE Lacey was submerged.   She was in communication with the police, trying to get them to listen to her, telling them where to look, but they didn't seem to be taking her seriously.   She also claimed that she was in contact with the other side, talking to various spirits who filled her in on the details of Lacey's murder and body disposal.  She said she could hear Lacey herself, although she didn't talk to her directly;  Lacey was "in her own world" from what she described, lost, looking for her Mom and very confused.   It was really sad reading the transcripts of the "dialogue".   Then lo and behold, the bodies appeared right in the area that the psychic predicted.  She was right.

And while I didn't follow the case, I did also take an interest in the verdict.  I found myself hoping for him to be found guilty and found myself going "YES!!!!" when he was.   I was very pleased about the guilty verdict.  Which made me immediately question whether it was silly to get wrapped up in this.   I know this may sound paranoid, but when you begin to question the validity of reality, and when you've gone down the paranoid road of "IS ANY OF THIS EVEN REALLY **REAL** ?!?!?! then you wonder if stuff like this is even real either.

On a sidenote............................Michael Jackson anybody?    What do you all think of THIS nutjob?   Me?   I believe the whack job is guilty as charged.   I can't help it, whenever I see a new headline about the case I'm all over it, clicking on the link.   The latest?   Someone on the "inside" leaked to the media that Jackson's prints.......as well as the prints of a kid................were found on porn mags confiscated from Neverland Ranch.     I know, we don't have proof, who knows if it's true, but I can't help following along and am just ROOTING for this self mutilated caricature of a human being to be flushed down the toilet.   He's just so fricking DISGUSTING.   I can hardly bear looking at his nasty mug.   UGH.    I think he's guilty, he's probably Split Personality, and totally crazy and insane as hell.   And I hope they lock the fucker up and keep him away from little kids.   It's taken long enough.

But again..........to feel this way relies on a certain degree of believing things we haven't seen for ourselves, and taking the entire thing "on faith."  I mean, let's face it............I've never even seen Michael Jackson.   I have zero personal proof that he actually exists.   Yet I believe and follow the stories, taking it all on faith.  Interesting concept to think about..............

Last Friday I was in someones home who had Court TV on, she was one who followed the trial faithfully. I didn't follow it in such a manner, but I was curious to see the verdict, and then the penalty decision. Let me tell you, the crowd that was outside of the gov't. bldg. where the trial was being held was a disgusting display of humanity's inability to practice discretion. You'd think they were waiting for a rock star to come out and grace them with their presence, their glee and rancor was more suited to that than a murder trial verdict. And when they announced him as guilty it got even more disgusting. Of course the words "lynch mob" come to mind. What is it that makes people to act this way? Huhn, a different breed from me I guess.... to each their own?

As for Jackson, all I can say is he's just so much of a freaky dude I don't even like to think about him... too much whack in that one for my sensibilities.

Well, and this--if I had a young child they wouldn't be spending the evening at Neverland, that's for damn sure... I don't care how much money he's got.

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

I know what you mean, I saw the pics of the people camped out at the courthouse waiting for the verdict with hand made signs and everything.   I was interested in the verdict enough to look for it on Yahoo, but I wouldn't have like, CAMPED OUT at the courhouse or something.   I'm not a "mob scene" person anyway.   When I'm in big crowds that are all emotional and revved up about something, cheering, waving arms and hands around, I'm the one just standing there motionless and blank.  Like Daria.  wink    That's why I always dug that cartoon.  I refuse to get revved up in a crowd about anything.   I don't clap when an audience is enthusiastically clapping and I don't get all mob scene.

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

Hi all,
Lyra, as always I dig your raves, however I'm a little disappointed to read your take on the so-called "Whacko Jacko" thing.People please, you all have apparent research history and at the very least a healthy thirst for knowledge, yet once in awhile, like all I'm sure, the neurons cease-fire for a critical nanosecond and WHAM- we lapse back into conditioned autoresponse via the carrier wave of cathode ray sublimation.
In short, the Jacko thing - beyond being a distraction/sideshow for issues of real importance (see OJ-Jon Benet etc)- has another MAJOR, and sorely overlooked attribute... can you say CORPORATE ESPIONAGE? Jacko just happens to have a contolling interest in the 2 biggest music back catalogs of all time... The Beatles and Elvis ( Hi Lisa Marie!)- and very clearly some major players want it BACK. This is corporate takedown 101-and feral at that. Not an overt fan of his music per-se, but this man kick-started so many production level leaps and deserves MUCH respect.
We see obvious childhood-born dislocative pathologies in this man, seeping outwards to some of his fans I grant you, but a child molester he is not... just another price of doing business... btw- if you want to know the legs this takedown has, the fucks at Sony refused to release 6 album masters that eventuated in the lackluster-by-design last album "Invincible"- I can tell you, it's hard enough completing 1 album of material to be proud of! To be sent back to the drawing board 6 times is f*cking outrageous, it was clearly nothing to do with QUALITY. Balance my friends, balance and discernement - don't get too swept up in state-sponsored buzzword allocated "Paedophilia" shite- we have so much of it spoon fed here in Oz that the inherent desensitivity to the word is clearly achieving its' protectorate intentionality...

                                               Warm regards  AJ

...would the last person to leave please turn out the enlightenment?...

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

Well, we're all entitled to our theories, and while I agree with the one about the fact that Jacko owns the rights to the Beatles music catalogue and Elvis, (I've heard this before and it did immediately make sense to me)  I do however think that his behavior towards the kiddies has suspicious written all over it.   To put it mildly.   Do I personally feel that he may have diddled someone, somewhere, at some point?  Yes.   Why?  Because too many people have said too many things.   Keep in mind -  While gossip runs rampant in Hollyweird, the fact is, when enough people keep saying the same thing about someone over and over and over and over....there usually is some merit to it.

My neurons aren't ceasing to fire, because again, I've already heard the Beatles / Elvis theory and nodded my head in agreement.   I believe that there's something to that.   But you want to hear the sick twist on this?  About how both theories, the Beatles / Elvis and Pedophilia could BOTH be correct?  How about this:  Those in the know knew full well what Jacko was doing with little boys.  He'd been doing it for years and they looked the other way cause half of them are doing it too.   I mean, the Powers That Be in the Biz are all a bunch of sick pups.

But after Jacko acquired the rights to the Beatles and to Elvis did they decide to turn on him. THAT'S when they decided to use the dirt they had on him to get what they wanted.

Now THAT'S a theory.  And it makes a hell of a lot more sense then just some black and white cut and dry take on things.  Things are never fully black and white in this world.  Everything is a blurred tangled mess.

While I like some of Michael Jackson's earlier music and think that he deserved the title of Musical Genius, I'm not going to let that cloud the facts.  Too many people saying the same thing, his totally insane behavior and displaying multiple personalities, (something his sister Janet already openly admits that she herself has), etc.    I knew a woman on another messageboard who lives in Vegas and worked as a cocktail server on the Strip for several years and had a run in with Papa Joe Jackson.  And it wasn't pretty.   That whole family is frightening.   Like their music?  Sure!   Trust them that they're not up to nefarous activities?  Hell no!

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

its all diversionary gibberish. even if the claims are true, its still being used as diversionary tactics.
just like Clinton's blowjob.
all diversionary tactics.

but ill add; i believe michael is one sick, disgusting 'person'. i do respect his PAST, what he brought to the music scene, and all the stuff hes created, or layed groundwork for. yes, he was great- BACK THEN - when he looked like a normal person.

You can obviously tell he has sold his soul along the way. he is deteriorating. just look at him, to me he looks like a damned Alien now!!

Plus, he's dabbled in the occult by paying a Shaman to put a Voodoo curse on Speilberg- over 1 Million he payed for this i heard. now, thats some crazy shit !

Petterson, which was the topic here- GUILTY.
Kill him - if you want, i dont really care much, and i know thats a bit mean.
But, i agree that everyone wrapped up in this trial is being sucked into a black hole. No Good.
im sad to say my girlfriend is all up on this trial.

these court trials are on the same page as the evil "Reality TV" shows.

all i can say is:
Im glad the trial is over. The world still keeps turning!

Yup!   Very true.

Hmm. I don't have a TV so I haven't watched Court TV but this got me thinking...wonder what the conspiracy would be behind Court TV?   Cause you know there's always a conspiracy.  wink   Maybe it's just to serve as yet another form of distracting programming, who knows.   But maybe there's more to it....?  Anybody have any ideas who's actually watched it?  (EDIT:  Should point out that I'm also wondering what exactly "Court TV" is.  Is it like "People's Court" court cases 24/7?  Like "All People's Court!  All the time!"  or what?)

Okay.   I'm still clueless about the nature of the content of Court TV, but I'm guessing it's court cases broadcast on air for people to watch.   I guess I can see the "promoting judgment" angle of it all.  Probably too the whole voyeurism thing...

ah, wait, there you go.  Answered my own question!  Voyeurism. Big Brother, "everybody's watching you all the time"......everybody sticking their nose in other people's business.   There was a thread here at NR about this.  Yup, it's just one more avenue to promote voyeurism and gettin' involved in other's business.

Trash your TV!  wink

Pregnancy is very likely both to trigger abuse and to escalate it.  Psychopaths, especially, are threatened by the newbies who take the attention away from them.  My pregnancy was what triggered my ex to put me and the kids on the street.  He also did this to another woman, I learned.  I think he wanted me to get an abortion or have a miscarriage (I was three months along).  On another psychopath forum this subject comes up a lot.  A lot of women there have said that the abuse escalates at this time.

As for Scott, I think the sensationalism trivializes the abuse, and directs attention away from the fact that these predators are fairly common (at least 1-3% of the population) in our society.  So, I agree "Trash Your TV!" big_smile

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

The thing that came to my realization some time ago was beyond what particular things the programs might be instilling, ie, judgment on court shows (good hit by the way) was that it keeps the natives all speaking the same language…news de jour, sitcoms de jour, sports de jour keep everyone on the same wave length.  I love the story of the Bay of Fuega…and have probably mentioned it here before.  When the Europeans sailed into the bay the Indians had never seen a ship so they did not see the ship in the bay.  The tribal shaman had to teach the natives how to see the ship.  Much the same today, everyone sees the same thing, talks about the same thing…so regardless of desire to think outside the box, the box thinking is still present.  I loved in the pictures of NR the fello sitting on the orb(very nice pic btw, your eyes positively glow).  Those are the things I want to see, the morphogenic fields within this morphogenic field.  I find that when I preoccupy my thoughts with box de jour it has a constricting effect.  I had not had time to catch up on the topics here…winter, couple hundred animal beings…busy time.  Today I took a moment to catch up, the wrestling thing was a hoot.  Then to this thread and I thought, gee, I remember way back when… the scott thing…and knew about the michael thing…but figured by now he had been acquitted or committed…same with scott…just no sense of it in my world.   At that point I felt a sense of gratitude for the simplicity of my life since deciding to disengage from the news de jour.  At first it is like coming off caffeine (what I am doing right now…where is my fix lol).  After awhile it becomes the natural state of being.  In many respects I feel sorry for michael and scott…how completely sad and lonely and miserable their lives must be.  Doesn’t matter the bravado they might display to a sensationalized public hearing…you have to know that in their heart of hearts, when no one else is around, that they feel the void of lost lives.

So I turn my attention elsewhere…keeping up on world events to some extent…but not to the extent I did prior…knowing that things in this morphogenic field are distorted, filled with lost beings, unfair, and often cruel and vicious.  However, even within this morphogenic field I can take the time to look into the eyes of some truly amazing creatures…and feel myself dissolve into another morphogenic field.  Ever look into the eyes of an African Grey? Such wisdom…or a cat, or a dog, or a fish.  Worlds within worlds within worlds.  For that matter, look into my own eyes…get in touch with who I am.  Feel the earth beneath my feet when I walk, really feel it.  See my hands move through space doing things.  Contemplate space, what is it…contemplate molecules, atomic structure…what is it.  Contemplate essence…

It's all mind over matter. If you don't mind it doesn't matter...

Re: Scott's karmic debt...

Well, Scott seems to be just one of many - he just got caught. Many others roam free. I agree with Z; it is a distraction. If you want to talk about evil murderers, just check out the multiple deliberately planned genocides around the globe. "Aids" in Africa, India,South America and looming in on China, and the millions living with the slow death of hunger and enforced addictions. If we are to get mad at one example which is indicative of many thousands that go unacknowledged, then we must be honest and place the one example in context. Lest we are happy to sound like bigoted extremists.

As for Michael; yet another distraction, and more a victim (though I don't like the word -as all is just a choice) than an evil perpetrator of some heinous deeds against children. His childhood trauma is being used against him as he is too big a force in the corporate snakepit that is the music industry. I mean the guy talked of world peace and making the world a better place. he went to Brazil, did a video amongst some of the poorest people in the world and got them singing "They don't care about us". He criticised the logging companies for their rape of the rain forests, and lord have mercy, he owns the back catalogue of both elvis and the Beatles. The guy has to go, and go for good. How else can you keep a musical talent like that down? They certainly can't out sing him or produce talent that is better, so get him where it will destroy him. No one escapes the stigma of paedophilia, except presidents and anonymous powerbrokers.

Its time to big up Justin Timberlake, or is it Timberland? He is white facsimile of Michael, young enough to make meaningless records and profits for the record companies for decades, plus (bless him) he exposed Janet's tit to the nation. Notice how Justin didn't get much flack for doing that. Unless they go back to being good little niggers, the Jackson empire is falling big time.

Lyra, Z and Aunedove, why do you believe the tales because many have said so?. People generally think that people that talk about meeting other beings or communicating with dead people are nuts too.

With the bigger picture in mind, the Michael case is being so systematically moulded year open year, that I am surprised the guy has any spirit left to sing never mind dance. And perhaps that was the idea all along. What a loss to music lovers the world over. And indeed, like Scott, perhaps Michael is paying a karmic debt in this life. Perhaps what Scott did was a balancing of Karma in relation to his wife and child? We can only speculate, unless someone has a direct link to the oversoul knowings of both the murdered and the murder?

Its much easier to judge than not to judge, and I am not saying I am immune to doing so either. But one thing I know from working in the media is how a sane crowd can be moulded and selectively zapped with the information that turns them into a lynch mob.
