However, I now know why I used to be depressed all the time, and you guys on the Noble Realms have helped me immensely. Thank you.
I suppose, like Christine says, you need to provide your relative definition of what constitutes 'awakened'. Although, you will find this hard to describe because the feeling or awareness 'frequency' in you, is entirely subjective.
What is 'awakened' to you, may be sleep to me.
A few quotes from Ouspensky's, In Search of the Miraculous may be applicable here:
"...a person accustomed to self-observation knows for certain that at different periods of his life he has understood one and the same idea, one and the same thought, in totally different ways. It often seems strange to him that he could have understood so wrongly, that which, in his opinion, he now understands rightly. And he realises, at the same time, that his knowledge has not changed [...] his being has changed".
"People imagine that they often, if not always, understand one another, or that they can, at any rate, understand one another if they try or want to. [...] As a matter of fact, no one understands anyone else. Two men can say the same thing with profound conviction but call it by different names."
Here, apply the word 'awakened' and consider two totally different interpretations. The rest falls into place.
For me, and I'm assuming for a lot of people also, the word 'awakened' implies completion and/or coming out of sleep. It's a result. A different state from what was. When we consider our organic machine, we need to take into account that there are vast multi-layered elements of our psychology, including wishful thinking and ego-driven assumptions.
We see what we want to see. When you supposedly 'see' the Matrix because you get these 'glimpses' of reality (which IMO is a more accurate description), how do you know they are objective?
Using Christine's interpretation of two of my posts, she applied a negative agenda when there was none there, OSIT. It wouldn't surprise me if this was due to her association of 'arrogant' CassChat and me; automatically, rendering my post arrogant and condescending. Like I said, we see what we want to see.
I'm not denying that the Matrix Control System does not exist, because there is some evidence that seems to fit in with what is only a hypothesis and will only be a hypothesis until we prove that hyperdimensional beings have and continue to interfere with our lives.
But I don't think that going out to the mall, or wherever and keeping this hypothesis in mind, means that we are "awakened". I could go out right now and convince myself that people are actually walking HB pencils, but what I'm seeing is just an illusion. Although I cannot prove this, it does seem unlikely. But I'd be seeing what I want to see.
I suppose the analogy - knowledge protects comes in here. Having "knowledge" about a possible MCS can offer some protection from vectors of attack. We can then work to head these off to prevent energy taking. But like I've said, using the term 'awakened' is probably incorrect in the sense of esotericism, which is fundamentally what this all is.
All I'm saying, is be warned of self-calming/importance because these are programs of the predator's mind.
Jeez - all of this because of a semantical difference!
