Topic: Need Guidance

I have been having a lot of anxiety over material I've read on this website.  I am already a generally anxious person, and after reading certain things I have found that places in my life that used to give me comfort now give rise to only more anxiety.  There seems to be no place I can not feel 'guilty' for feeling safe and comfortable.
I could really use a 1-on-1 conversation about some of this material.  Perhaps someone could shine a new light on this information.  If anyone has some extra time and wouldn't mind helping someone who feels very lost at the moment, I would appreciate it.  Email or an aim conversation.  Something like that.

What were you feeling safe and comfortable about?  I mean what was your basic view on life and what have you come across here that has challenged that.  I noticed your questions about ascension elsewhere.  That's really nothing to get anxious about although i have seen a few versions here at NR about what that means.  Anyway you can talk about it here or you can email me if you like.
