Topic: Radio transmissions from "5th Dimension"???

Just thought I'd share a weird story here - not quite sure where to put it.  It isn't something that's happening to me, it's actually something my mom is experiencing.  She's a massage therapist, and recently had one of her clients come to her with an interesting proposal.  Apparently the client told her that "her angels" told her that she needed to have my mom use (the clients) tuning forks on her.  She said something along the lines of getting instructions (from her angels) that only my ma could do it - because of the loving place she comes from, or the higher power she works with... or something like that.  My mom felt really honored and special, and gladly did what the client asked after the lady showed her what to do with the forks.  The lady then told my ma to keep the forks for a few days for helping her, and my mom called me so exited that night to talk about what she was doing.  She "tuned" me on the phone also.

At the time I thought it seemed like a good thing for her, thought it was so interesting that she'd have a client like this to begin with, but in general with things happening in her life I thought this event 'lifted' her energy and her focus into a better place than it had been prior.  I'm not so sure now though.  I did get a chance to briefly meet this client and she seemed like an interesting lady.  She would freely talk about finding herself in trance-like states and whenever she spaces out she claims to get messages 'from the 5th dimension'.  It sounds like she doesn't actually (at least always) get actual messages during these times, rather it sounded from her stories like when she finds herself not being completely conscious, she dubs the location of her consciousness as being in the 5th dimension, although she is not actively aware of this state.  Like she told a story about being pulled over for not paying attention to the road, and her excuse was that she 'must have been in the 5th dimension'.  Apparently she does 'talk' a lot to her guides and gives the impression of a sensitive, fairly 'in-tune' individual (i.e. despite the strange claims I had the impression she wasn't a TOTAL whackjob).

Anyway, I ended up going shopping with my mom the other day and she started telling me some really strange stuff that has followed this 'fork tuning' she did.  She said since it happened she's had a horrible time sleeping.   She wakes up every night at 3:00 AM to "radio transmission" sounds and static type noises.  She said there even seems to be voices of sorts that are audible, but not clear enough at this point for her to really be able to hear what is being said.  She said it's happening every night and she can't get a good nights sleep.  Once she wakes up to it she can't seem to ignore it or sleep through it.

Her client told her that this also happens to her, as well.  She advised my ma that it's communication from the 5th dimension.  I just thought it sounded awfully questionable so I thought I'd run it past you guys.  Anyone have any thoughts on so called higher dimensional radio transmissions???

(Cuz it certainly reminded me of some of the mind control stuff I've heard from people - waking up to voices that aren't their own, exc.  I just have a bad association with that in general but I could be thinking about it in the wrong way.)

Any of you guys ever wake up to static type noise?  Now that I type it that way I suppose it could sound sort of OBE-ish.  HMMMM...

Re: Radio transmissions from "5th Dimension"???

Hi Prances Fences.  I only know a very little about the subject.  If she has trouble sleeping now because of the tuning fork, I wonder if prior to bedtime it would be helpful for her to experience a different vibration.  I think she needs to use lower frequency tuning forks in order to wind down and sleep well through the night.  I think she could even do this by making the tonal sounds herself.  I'm not sure, Hum pronounced hoom, or Om as in home.  That subject is somewhere in NR. Search for it, I think you will find it here on this forum.

Re: Radio transmissions from "5th Dimension"???

Prances, in my experience the static-sound associated with OBEs (or at least sleep paralysis) also come with feelings of floating, accelerating, and/or vibration, and often with the seeing-through-closed-eyelids phenomenon. If none of those are present, and your mom is basically awake and having as tough a time falling asleep to it as she would with a noisy radio on in the room, then that suggests less that the noise is due to her being out-of-body and more that the noise is externally induced.

There is a possibility, and I say this only because the means and motivations exist out there, for such sounds and voices to be remotely beamed. The whole thing about the lady approaching your mom and selecting her as "special" while herself not always being "at home" sounds to me like a matrix-manipulable person being sent on a mission to capture your mom and pull her into the same umbrella of influence. Sleep deprivation weakens a person's resistance to that sort of thing, so it would be the first phase. That it begins at 3AM suggests artificiality and scheduling. If the indistinct voices become clearer and begin giving her commands or plying her with ego hooks, then you'll know something very bad is going on. You wouldn't be the first truth-seeker whose close relative has been targeted for this kind of treatment. That's my main concern, but it's too early to tell and perhaps it ends up being a positive thing afterall.

Re: Radio transmissions from "5th Dimension"???

The "tuning" may well have opened your mom up to influences from some subtle plane, other dimension, or something like that, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily a good thing.    After experiencing quite a lot of this kind of strangeness myself, and doing a good amount of reading on the subject, I've become extremely wary with these kinds of things.    Maybe that's just because I personally don't feel I have a good enough handle on what's really going on.   But I know of too many cases where there are undesirable physical effects that are very real.

I recall listening to a talk given by the gnosic minister Stephan Hoeller, on the history of Madame Blavatsky and the theosophical movement in the nineteenth century.  One observation he made, which has stuck in my mind, is that in the past century or two, a great deal of the people who have intentionally involved themselves with mediumship (now called "channeling") and other related practices wound up with serious substance abuse or mental health problems that led to their early deaths.   There is something about opening yourself up to these other energies that seems to be very taxing on our physical bodies.   I know your mom is not into that stuff, but I think it's relevant because as far as I can tell many of these symptoms turn out to be related, even if they don't seem to be at first.

I've had a lot of strange stuff go on myself, and for me the physical effects have included extreme lethargy, probably due to some kind of energy draining, often a need to sleep 10-12 hours a night, and unexplained physical scars.     Whatever it is, I don't think it's a good thing.    I think if we don't have a good, solid reason to believe that the experiences are positive, we should never assume that they are.   I'd rather err on the side of caution and be alert for potential danger, rather than naively fall for the "think only positive thoughts" viewpoint which is suspiciously all-too-pervasive in metaphysical circles.

Again, I'm far from an expert and could be missing a lot; I've had a lot of positive experiences myself too.    I just think caution is extremely important in these matters for people who aren't clear on what they are doing.

If you haven't already seen it, I'd really recommend watching Karla Turner's talk on ufo/military abductions.   On the surface, that may not seem like the same subject, but I think that a lot of the experiences she discusses (strange noises, waking up at precisely 3AM, "poltergeist" type of activity) could be related to what your mom is experiencing.   The fact that she is waking up every night at 3AM, in particular, is a big tip-off.   That has happened to me many times, and is a very commonly-reported detail among abductees.

Anyway, hope that helps.

Re: Radio transmissions from "5th Dimension"???

If indeed the tuning forks are the cause for these interruptions in her sleeping patterns, I would agree with Antaeus' method of "winding down". She needs a more relaxing vibration to tune into, because if the tuning forks are in fact connecting her to this "fifth dimension," I would imagine that going into REM sleep would only amplify the tuning forks affects, because of the power of the sub-concious mind...

It makes sense to me that if she were to tune to these forks, then sleep, her sub-concious mind would have an easier time making the connection, because of the fact that her concious mind was already in tune with the forks vibration. So easily, it would seem, that it's powerful enough to wake her and channel these "radio signals" into her concious mind.

I always find chanting "Ohm" to be very relaxing when it's in a lower frequency, especially when I'm in a comfortable position. Maybe your Ma should try that out? A cup of tea might not be the worst thing either wink

I second that by first hand experiences in my life!
