There's something fishy about this (apparantly) military execution:

Any theories, was he "connected" to someone or something?
Was his parents?
Did he know too much?
Was it an accident?
Was it a moment of oppertunity siezed by TPTB?
Surely the whole Tube bombings was not set-up to not only scare the public but to justify a killing?
It certainly looks like they wanted this guy dead, but why?

Dunno, my best guess at the time was public desentisisation, notice how his name is similar to Baphomet Goat of "mendes". Probobaly a ritual killing by dark forces in the MET i must say.

Its not like we are fractions of the whole but rather versions of the whole.

I think it was a test to gauge public reaction, should they actually need to kill someone for no apparent reason in the future.

Wasn't he an electrician?  So it's possible he did some work down there and saw some of their preparations or something.  I don't know how we'd find out.
