MY MEDITATION

The Meditation does not require the Practitioner to have any particular religious belief system. It is as universal as sitting on the toilet!! Hehe. Like all things practice makes perfect. Trying too hard can, however, be counter-productive.

It isn't essential to understand the ins and outs of the Meditation. When we replace an old run-down battery with a fully charged one we get a good result. The electrical appliance works!! You don't have to know how the battery is constructed to get the result you want. However, a certain amount of basic knowledge is required. Like which way positive and negative connections are meant to go in a batterty instalment. This little bit of knowledge I will cover here with the Meditation:-

SEQUENCE:-

HAVE A CLEAR INTENT

"What will I hope to achieve from this Meditation today? It could be any objective that accords with the mind of compassion.

Sit upright with a straight back / your head above your pelvis.

Half close or shut your eyes

Create the feeling that you are pushing the top of your head towards the ceiling.

Have relaxed and controlled breathing.

Inhale through mouth and push your stomach outwards. Slow count of five.

Exhale through nasal cavities and contract the stomach inwards (this pushes the diaphram upwards). Slow count of five.

MAINTAIN THROUGHOUT MEDITATION

THEN:-

Visualise seven lights that are NOT ON at these energy points along the spine.
Each one TURN ON individually starting with-

RED - base of spine

ORANGE - abdomen

YELLOW - Solar Plexus

GREEN - Heart

CORNFLOWER BLUE - Throat

NAVY BLUE - Third Eye / brow

PURPLE - crown / top of head

For each light imagine your own relaxing scene to accompany it. For example I use, for the solar plexus, a field of wheat billowing in a slight breeze under a summer Sun. Take you time with switching on those lights. When you are ready TURN THE LIGHTS ON IN YOUR MIND. The colour will appear in your third eye when the light has been activated / switched ON. Anyway, that is how it happens for me. Your experience might be dififferent and just as valid.

Once all the lights are activated relax and work on your Clear Intent. Whatever that was?

You can use the chakra lights individually or in unison.

You can use this to retrieve hidden memories;

Overcome fears and addictions;

Achieve healing in your body / mind / spirit.

Avoid injuries (useful for my martial arts training);

Allow a forgiving mind (if that Black Belt hit you too hard in kumite!!);

Make meaningful and mutually beneficial contact with others (you workmate; family; ET!!) .

The list is endless.

I did this Meditation on many occasions with two Walk-ins. Walk-ins believe they are ET's that have taken on a human form for this life time. The Walk-ins are twin sisters. One is under Gemini and the other Cancer. Anyway, they had past lives they remembered and future destinations to go to. The Planet Bayton-Cay-Tos featured with them as a future destination. The curious thing was that, everytime I did the Meditation with these twins, the chakra coloured lights would come into my inner-vision. I could actually see the "lights" even though my eyes were closed. The lights also radiated and increased as I got further into my Meditation. Look at a light bulb long enough and then close your eyes! You still see the light spots. This was the same effect with the coloured lights. I made rapid progress with this Meditation with the guidance of these two ladies.
