Topic: Dream message: Double Zero, John, John
Woke up from a very strange dream this morning that contained a definite message. Unfortunately, I can't seem to decipher it yet. In the dream, I was on some sort of variety show with a live audience. I was just a spectator, so I don't know if I was in the audience, or was watching it on television.
There were two guys hosting the show, and they were showing something someone from the audience had brought. It was a vinyl album from the late '70s that was pressed with light vinyl instead of black, and you could see that someone had scribbled deep grooves on it using a blue ballpoint pen. One set of grooves looked like cartoon boobs-- you know, two half-circles connected. The other one looked like a spiral. So, the host puts the album on, and it's a collaboration between John Travolta and Olivia Newton John. Both of these artists have "John" in their names, so I assume that was the message. A song started playing, and it sounded just like what these two would have done back in their "Grease" days, although I've never heard it. It was the chorus and they were singing "ooooo ooooo ooooo ah ah ah," but overlaying this was a sound the deep scratches produced. The main one was a voice (produced by the cartoon boobs) that said "Double zero. Double zero. Double zero" over and over and over again. Then when it got to the squiggles, it sounded like a car engine going around a track. You know that sound little kids always make to represent a race car?
I didn't realize the John part until I was remembering the dream and thinking, "Was Elton John in there?" He would have fit right in, but that's just because he had "John" in his name. So I"m pretty sure the message was John, John, Double-zero. Not sure about the race car part. Any ideas?
