I wondered if this fit in anywhere, date 1-31, also with the mooninite character, related to aliens and moonbases. Either way it's pretty ridiculous... Yeah we're going to hide explosive devices by covering them in flashing lights! and hiding them in plain sight. Nobody will notice that! Uhhhhm yeah... Maybe this is just a silly sideshow distraction. I dunno. I'm still confused how anyone could be stupid enough to think these were bombs and have some huge reaction like this... wow... Our police learned everything about bomb detection from Hollywood smile OMG a litebrite! Panic! roll

Yeah I saw about this.  World gone crazy; hysterical like!

Here is another story about two girls that planted "Mario" boxes in the streets.  They are in trouble because the bomb-squad was also called out to them.  The boxes were bright yellow with question marks on them, and were hung from trees and telephone cables over streets.  Exactly the sort of thing terrorists would do I am sure...

Yeah, I printed out a foldable Mooninite that a local 'zine put out after the hoo ha. Maybe if I put it in front of the Starbuck's
next door, I'll get arrested for terrorism. Weeeee!

Still recall that day when it was all over CNN and Fox news. They do a close up of the 'device' and I start rolling with laughter. We really are so scared we will jump at our own shadow. Just the way 'they' like it.
