Crystal pyramids

Does anyone know if there is harm in using crystal pyramids in one's life? I think I've read where it could be detrimental. Are they linked to anything in the spirit world or the alien conspiracy? Doesn't the cover of Lyssa Royal's book show an alien holding one? Can 'they' monitor someone easier if they own these crystal pyramids?

I had ordered the universal harmonisers from equilibria (Steve Gamble's site) to do the space clearing and clearing of my body (from the entities and piggy backers). This involves cards of some sort that have been 'infused' with positive energy. These come with crystal pyramids in conjunction to the cards. Supposedly they can clear out negative energy from a body, room, water, etc...Transmuting them into positive energy, I guess.

Well, I ordered them at the beginning of December and Steve is still waiting for the crystals to come in before sending my order to me. It's kind of fishy. Are good forces delaying the shipment so that I can figure out they're not good for me and cancel the order; or are negative forces delaying the shipment so that I can't clear out the negs from me and my home? 

Also, as much as I resonate with Steve's writings, I still can't help but wonder why he doesn't talk about aliens much, other than to debunk Sitchin's translations. Anyone else have a clue about that?
