HAARP was active January 6-17.

HAARP was also highly active in the days during which Katrina was ramping up and slamming into New Orleans.

Apparently there are antipodes to electrical activity trapped by the ionosphere.  If all hell is breaking loose in Australia, all's quiet in the US.  Is there any way something along those lines could be used to figure out what they're up to with HAARP?
