Topic: What commercials/tunes/other "trigger" you

It feels that with the upcoming pres-selection, mind control tactics will most likely be on the upswing.  With all the other rigamarole going on , (magnetic poles, birds, solar flares,-pik-o-topic ), there's sure to be mutually shared triggers with all of us.

This is not intended to be negative or counterproductive,  but rather something which sparks our discernment/awareness/validation.  I have always felt in my heart that knowledge protects, sharing our observations ect. only enhances this process. Eventually dead wood/muppets/ puppets will reveal themselves by their own accord.  The process of elimanation pretty much takes care of itself. Lack of imagination/creativeness is a hallmark of these types.

For myself, the tune on the latest V-8 commercial hits a cord.  It literally evokes a multitude of not so wanted emotions-i.e despair, anger, and stagnent complacency.

It would be a benefit, (in my opinion) that we explore such, to better enable us in our goal towards mutual "STO' ness endeavors.  What are your opinions, observations, and helpful solutions. (BTW I really like V8 juice , but that tune really gets to me!)

If there is no time
Then you have time for everything.
   You're never in a hurry.
That's true freedom.

Re: What commercials/tunes/other "trigger" you

Hi, manyeagles. Great topic! I've been curious about "deep advertising", subliminals and triggers and to what extent the technology has developed. It seems like what once was a slogan became a buzzword that has turned into a trigger. Years ago, I started to force myself to be fully conscious of any advertisement I saw. I wanted to download the information on my terms, with a critical assessment attached. A typical TV trance allows the information to go directly into the mind without either a positive or negative spin, only as pure data. And when retrieved by the mind, it's treated as empirical fact. So I process it beforehand and when I retrieve it, or when I see the commercial again, my brain doesn't respond the way it would to an objective fact. It's hard for me to explain, but it has the effect of reversing the influence of the message. So I think that "active viewing" of TV, as opposed to passive absorption, is quite safe, and in many ways, eye-opening. And the last commercial tune that got under my skin was the gorgeous Nick Drake song, Pink Moon, which graced a VW Jetta TV ad a few years ago. But I had already loved it for 30 years.

I don't know, maybe this seems too obvious but..............how about not watching T.V.???    That eliminates at least one avenue where you can be manipulated and triggered.   Then you wouldn't have to worry about it, or be affected by t.v. advertising, ad jingles, etc.

I don't know, just a suggestion.

Re: What commercials/tunes/other "trigger" you

Just wanted to add on a sidenote since this is a great thread to mention it in, but now wouldn't be a bad time to try to become more "media free."    Television, radio, newspapers, etc.     I don't listen to the radio anymore, haven't in months, and I gave up newspapers 2 months ago, haven't even so much as picked one up.  (haha, I got a free Miami Herald today from a street vendor while sitting at a red light -  he reached in and put it on my dash board -  I nodded my head and left it sitting there.  It's still there, I haven't touched it!   haha)   And yeah, I don't watch t.v.   Internet though is difficult.  I don't know if I can do that one.  wink    I'm trying though.

Like I said, just a suggestion.   These are strange times we live in; and with the knowledge we have of mind control and triggers, it's probably a good idea to cut out as many avenues for triggering as one can from one's life.

lyra, if they wish to "trigger" someone, it could be accomplished by several methods. Telephone calls, mail circulars, strangers on the street, etc., all quite unavoidable. It would be safer to "blow up your TV" as John Prine sang, but one can learn much about how sheeple are being conditioned by actively viewing TV (but never nursing at the glass teat). Maybe I'm rationalizing. Maybe I just don't want to miss The Simpsons and The Office.

I use that same excuse every time I pick up one of those trashy rags like "Us Magazine", "In Touch", "Star" and the  "The Enquirer".  I'm just tryin' to learn about how the sheeple are being conditioned!!   Really!!!   big_smile big_smile   Just doing research here!   That's all!   Just gathering data!!!  haha

But yes, on a more serious note, you're right about the alternate ways to trigger.

Truth is everywhere if you know what to look for. A diamond suspended above quicksand. Pitfalls everywhere, but treasures too.
