Topic: Will the truth set you free?

How? Has it already?
What have you learned about freedom that supports this?
Do you recognize someone who is more free than yourself?
How would you recognize these free souls?

I'm sincerely curious--please help me along on my path.

Re: Will the truth set you free?

When one experiences truth, it happens in moments that then pass in the time stream of our perception. Its almost about remembering something of the way it feels rather than logically trying to know, apprehend, and hold on to it In those moments our Earth bound self " gets it " in some measure. Usually there is a sense of timelessness. Often times what passes for freedom is not real freedom but the illusion of it. We live in strange times.

WE live in ideas. fears. dreams. like dust that gets blown away.
Truth is this moment, the culmination of all the joys and sorrows lived, remembered or forgotten. Now always sets you free

Re: Will the truth set you free?

I am still searching for the truth.  The good thing is, thanks to this site, I am able to learn more, and truth is knowledge.  I find it is like finding another peice of the jigsaw puzzle, you feel like you have all the peices in places and then suddenly realise its a multidimensional (multi level) jigsaw.

But simply finding another peice fo the mulidimensional jigsaw puzzle is usually enough to spur me on. They don't come along that often, though.

I do know that the closer you get to the truth, the more you come under physcic attack. I have been down this road many times and given up, because it almost seems like I am going insane. But each time I get back up and try again I get a bit nearer to the truth.

I don't personally know anyone who has the truth, but we do have Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed etc,etc as people who manged to get there, and I know there must be  living people who have the truth.

I believe that when you reach a certain level, and you think that you are powerless against the overwhelming forces driving against you, a spiritual master appears, and takes you to that final level.

I do know the search for the truth is hard work, and there is no easy answer. You have to keep working to find the truth, and you wont get it from reading a book or a web site.  If you could download the truth in pdf format, I'd be there in a shot. smile

Re: Will the truth set you free?

I beleive that as long as you can make a difference, no matter how small and are pursuing goodness in any form than that's all you can really do. There's a hyperdimensional war going on, most of us are in the trenches fighting but theres alot more of us around so I feel you just have to keep at it and never give up.

The biggest war is the internal one, all that stuff that makes you feel like it's too hard is just an illusion, that's because most people feel that way so naturally it might get you down, but each of us can make a difference, just gotta lock and load and kick some ass, inspire others and spread what you know. smile

you got to listen to your heart, listen to the beat, listen to the rhythm, rhythm of the street, open up your eyes, open up your ears, get together and make things better, by working together
