Tom Ridge is in Boston

Oh, hooray! Tom Ridge has arrived here to ensure our "safety" ( or is it our "un-safety") as he oversees "multiple layers of security." Goody goody. Let the crackdown and giddy hysterics begin. On the news, he is shown staring at the tarmac at some equipment (NOT shown there) with the Mayor. His expression seemed to me to be saying
"Oh, damn, I forgot my lighter." Or something just as riveting, like,, "I forgot to start smoking. Too late. Oh, well."
