Topic: UFO spotted over Phoenix last night.

Get a load of this pic. . from the radio towers in the distance, it appears this picture was taken looking south toward South Mountain, from about Camelback Road or so. .

Haven't corroborated anything yet. . . but. . wow. .

Re: UFO spotted over Phoenix last night.

Just tonight I got into watching the trailer for UFO - The Greatest Story Ever Denied which is found here - http://www.theufomovie.com/j8t9m5.html  .

Jose Escamilla (yes, the 'rods' guy) uses infrared film to prove 1) most UFOs are invisible to human eye and 2) many UFOs are actually biological entities instead of space ships.

Assuming this to be true, wouldn't it indicate that the 'UFOs' that we _can_ see would most likely be of benevolent intentions? Wouldn't it mean that 'they' have revealed themselves for that very purpose of allowing us to see them?

I think it is quite possible that they want us to be aware of their presence so that we may understand that they are here to help. That they indeed have been helping and that this is their intention to reveal themselves as such.

I am as is Void.

Cool pic... I wonder whether it's a mothership or an airplane photographed with an open shutter over a couple seconds. The city lights look pretty bright, which at night takes a long exposure, so if an airplane with its blinking and landing lights were flying by perhaps it could trace out a shape like this.

Acquiring fringe knowledge is like digging for diamonds in a mine field.

Re: UFO spotted over Phoenix last night.

That's a good observation. . the lights do look pretty bright.  I've stood pretty much in that same spot, and now that I think about it I don't recall them being that bright.  But there's always the smog factor to take into account.  Sky Harbor airport is about two miles east and three miles south of that location.

I got an email back from "Jeff Woolwine" who says that the news channel said there were some calls on a sighting last night, and that they would like an interview.  I asked him if he could tell me which news channel.  For what it's worth, he seems to have quite a challenge with spelling.

Also, if you look at the far right radio tower, it has two lights shining on it.  As far as I am aware, there is only one light per tower on at any given moment.

Re: UFO spotted over Phoenix last night.

Truly it is not a fast exposition photo as we can see the light trail
from the cars on the streets.
If Jeff can send the original file we can see more details, also the EXIF
will give the all the information about the photo, better if it is a RAW
file. If the file is big(RAW) he can send the file to a place like http://rapidshare.de/

The good part about RAW is that is like an negative and can not be changed.

Seems to me like there is a big leap from observing UFOs deliberately revealing themselves to concluding that they have benevolent intentions.
