"To know thyself".

A great challenge and maybe the greatest source of fear we face.  I meet so many people who feel uncomfortable when I look for the good in them... like hiding behind the mask is some sort of a safe place. I am pretty good at seeing their shadow and often predict what behavior I can expect.  I'm not sure who they believe they are fooling? I actually like what I see most of the time--I see people desperately wanting to be accepted for their goodness, yet affraid to be too authentic.


Self importance. Are we really all that important outside of being a material vessel for the spirit to rest in?
