Topic: A little help with Avatar
I am trying to get a display photo but any photo i want to upload it just won't take it. Does anyone know how to make photo files into 60 x 60 pixels? Thanks.

Any image editor should be able to do it. With the exception of the standard Windows Paint program (it sucks).
But if you cant find anything else here's a good free one that I know is capable:
