Topic: Anybody familiar with bartering laws?

Is anybody an afficianado or bartering or trading, or have any experience with trade organizations?  And/or could somebody point me to a trade org?

I have an idea...An "E-bay" type business/website, but driven completely by bartering and trading goods. smile
