Topic: Odd sites linking to me?

Just come across an odd referer in my visitors list on my site.  It links to a page that contains about 10 or 15 links - all of which contain the same form of information.

The page preceeding the list is titled:  sepondeur

It says the following:

"Sep
Derived from the word Septic
Meaning Putrid, or harmful.

Ondeur
Derived from the word Frondeur
Meaning Rebellion."

I know there is plenty of weirdness on the Internet - but this just struck me as very strange.

Any of you guys ever had anything like this?

Well, not to the extent of what you write here, but a few months ago, out of the blue, I received an email from the Reptialian Agenda website with a blank page. Kinda creeped me out.

Odd... "sepondeur" produces no hits in a search engine. Maybe that's not so unusual, but GACK!, "feeling" about what you write of is like being in a dark dungeon with rats and bugs crawling on me... a really icky feeling comes with this.

I don't know that much about computers, but can you trace the ISP address? If even that's an action that will provide more info I don't know, but it was a thought.

Didn't think to check the IP.  I traced it back to Rogers Cable Inc. which is a Canadian company.  So nothing too nerferious - I suspect now that the list of sites may merely be research notes for a college project.

Anyway the IP address is 24.100.75.195 if you can come up with anything more.  Best not link anything directly from this site though - cuz if we don't know who it is - it is probably best that the guy doesn't suddenly recieve dozens of referals from here...
