Topic: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

What happens when the inmense majority of people that i meet physically is boring, that very very rarely i found one to talk of rare matters like those discussed in this forum.

Demonization of technology like internet is not te solution to your inner problems.

The matrix, the matrix, the matrix......... oh MY GOD, i am bored and upset of seeing all this stupid fashion of ENHANCING a conceptual thing like that, but, i am not dening his existence, because is evident that it exists. His mental existence is in anyone of you that believe in it!!, no other way a matrix like that could exist.

People sees a film called "the matrix", fits in her mental view of things, and don´t stops talk about it, the matrix is his center core.

The matrix is what causes is problems......... oh my god, that again. YOU ARE A IRRESPONSIBLE MAN, OR WOMAN.

That stupid "the matrix" creation, created by a group of intelligent, but inmature people, don´t control you at all, is your belief that it controls you, the one that controls you, but u like to blame another one than you of your problems because your incapacity to resolve them.

Human being, the human of all presents i know and knew, ENJOYS a lot being unresponsible of his own desperation. I have to say, that is so sad.

The MAIN problem is the unacceptance of your own responsibility of power: your greatest problem is your greatest power: your freedom.
When u see your problems as illusions.

Why no one hears me????. the world is going mad day by day......

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Racsouran, some use knowledge as a source of excuses. Others use knowledge as a means of solving their problems. In regards to the so-called "Matrix Control System", this concept is a potential form of knowledge and nothing more. You may see some people using this concept as a source of excuses, but it would be in error to say the concept is only good for excuses since I know there are many people whose awareness of the Matrix helps them solve certain problems.

For example, my awareness that the moon exerts influences upon the negative emotions of vulnerable people helps me be more cautious of my own reactions and that of others, especially here on the forum, during certain times of the month. This has limited damage that otherwise would have been severe. I don't say "Oh no, here comes the moon again, there's nothing I can do and if I kick people off for no reason it's not my fault." No, rather I say, "Alright, so our emotions may be off and the looneys will be on the loose, so let's be more cautious and watchful and turn the moon energies around into something positive."

Also, let's not forget what came first. The movie "The Matrix" came after thousands of years of esoteric knowledge about that very same concept, knowledge preserved over time through the various esoteric and mystical traditions and showing up in the west today within hermeticism, gnosticism, sufism, alchemy, shamanism, and later as fourth way, theosophy, and anthroposophy. The only thing the movie really did was put the basic concepts in metaphorical form and provide a language that modern people can use to discuss these concepts.  Before the movies, the Matrix went by other names.

But, I have seen examples of what you talk about, the people who would rather blame than take responsibility. And many of our problems do come from our erroneous belief. Nevertheless, although we are responsible for how situations turn out, we are not always responsible for how they begin. Other beings have freewill, they can do what they want to us if we don't intend otherwise. That means some things are not a product of our beliefs but rather the product of other beings' choices. But how the situation turns out does depend on us, and that's where I agree with you about the need for responsibility and the proper wielding of personal power.

Acquiring fringe knowledge is like digging for diamonds in a mine field.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Racsouran, some people also use the term "Matrix" to describe the concept of self-deceit and delusion by erroneous beliefs.  The thing is - what you describe...

"His mental existence is in anyone of you that believe in it!!, no other way a matrix like that could exist."

This is one of the largest aspects of the "Matrix" - it is what it is all about.  A "Matrix" as referred to by most people here at Noble Realms can indeed exist due to peoples belief in it.

However when we are talking about the average person in the street then most of them do not realise they believe in it.  For example, they follow the education system - which in reality is just a system of indoctrination.  They follow fashion or modern trends - when really these are just methods of exhorting money from people in a vast economic environment.  Religion is used to control people’s beliefs - in order to make them live according to certain principles.  People watch TV non-stop for entertainment - in reality TV is little more than a drip-feeding of social engineering.

The accumulation of all the above and much more is what many people term to be “The Matrix” .  Such systems as mentioned above, and many others can only exist with peoples participation and belief in them.  The moment people stop believing is the moment everything comes crashing down.  Therefore as you say – “The Matrix”  is merely the creation of irresponsible people.

The idea that “The Matrix”  is a literal computer program of which we are a part can only be considered a metaphor for the all the above.  If the idea of “The Matrix”  is believed literally as portrayed by the movie of the same name – then people are deluding themselves into believing a metaphor literally.

Further; if one can’t see past the label of the name “The Matrix”  and instead only see Keanu Reeves being plugged into a reality generator – then such people are missing the point totally.

“The Matrix”  is real.  But its name is merely a tag that people apply to the multitude and multi-contextual systems of control that exist within our reality.  To a large extent those systems (economic, political, legal etc.) can be blamed for all our positions in life.  However that doesn’t mean that people should stop taking responsibility for their own actions.  Indeed the whole concept that we cannot take responsibility is just another figment of the proverbial “Matrix” .

Sure another name or term could / should be coined for the systems people are referring to.  But really the whole point is that people’s minds are becoming open to ambiguity, metaphors and symbolism.  Unfortunately there are still a lot of people that are stuck in this world making literal interpretations of every idea, concept and belief they read.  That really is a big shame…

Oh, this is fabulous!!

Thank you so much, Rascouran, for joining this forum.  I loved your question of Montalk about his direct alien experiences.

How amazing!!

All the possibilities.

Are we going mad ourselves, or is it really the world?  Perhaps the world is already mad and has been for a long time.  Maybe we are just asking the question.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Human being, the human of all presents i know and knew, ENJOYS a lot being unresponsible of his own desperation. I have to say, that is so sad.

One could view the above as being within the matrix.
As far as I am concerned it's a symbol for a description of what chains people - like Marcus said.

But there might exist this phenomenon: synchronicities and coincidences, reality itself form >in part< around our consciousness. Thereby it could be validating our belief, reinforcing it, and thereby making people less free; unresponsible, desperate and perhaps insane.  I think it's always good to be subtly aware of ones preconceptions and what makes one more free and what makes one less free (not in a dogmatic way).

Maybe there are some phenomena, like aliens, ufos, that are related to something else or more then, beyond individual consciousnes as described by the above phenomenon. If those anomalies are like for example Jung is suggesting, part of a collective unconscious dynamic, it's quite possible that this also has chaining properties (next to it's liberating properties!). In the exoteric world an example would be the organisation or society you are in - you are consciously and unconsciously contributing, and consciously and unconsciously influenced by the collective.

Some people have the need to believe in a matrix beyond the dynamics above, perhaps it helps them in some way. Perhaps in that way it is responsible in their irresponsible behaviour (in the eyes of mainstream society), self medicating of sorts.

Take for example the mooncycles Montalk described above. I don't believe in them as i haven't seen any convincing data and statistics and i wonder in what way people can unconsciously be more emotional or triggerhappy because they (or the group) might have a belief in mooncycles, self-fulfilling their own prophecies.

But as by Montalks testimony - this take on things seems to help in handling the forum dynamic and/or dealing with issues in real life. Everybody has to have some kind of handle on things in order to approach and deal with an issue. And most peoples handles on various rthings haven't got the official stamp of scientific validity. Immaturity is not measured by the type of belief, but the way in which it's used.

If it doesn't become to constricting, dogmatic and matrixlike, an excuse for abuse, it's cool with me; whatever gets you moving, shaking and quaking.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Wow, thank u all very much for your feedback, i don´t expected so much in so little time. I have to say that i wrote this post in one of my human moments of debility, raged by anger. I hoped it served to someone.

About mooncycles: i never imagined that cylces where related to a matrix mental system, but to wilderness simply, a beatiful wilderness that could affect us, like all our surroundings, not?, i do not disagree with those phenomenon.

Maybe the cause of this all is seeing people like all of you, that knows exactly how to conduce their destinys. I do not have that luck, but this is only my imagination, sure. With the potential to do something different, i only see the whole same all around. We give publicity to the things who don´t deserve it. Well, i think it is "good" being aware of "the truth", but i cannot stop writing all this issues without thinkin they are all alive because we give our life to them.

Well, election is the important thing, election that all kind of people have, doesn´t matter they are aware or not on how capitalistic sytem works or not; its absolutely irrelevant, the individual have the LAST WORD, and the ALWAYS choose the thing more pleasant to him or hem, be it a part of a matrix, or not.

People are NOT stupid and we the "supposed intellectuals" and wiser people about this issues are not in an advantage. The power is always here. A-Dimensional.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

All the people is very good aware of how the system works, so perfectly, that capitalism has progressed so fast and wider through the world.

Every time u see that u are getting bald, that u are getting older, that u are getting fatter, that u are getting uglier, and all the similar.... the mechanics of that matrix are all well know by the most ignorant u can imagine, and that is astonishing to the one that thinks is better by deciphering how the matrix works.

The cry for change is cryed by an inmense minority. But the best is that u can choose how to live, because the world doesn´t need to change to you do that.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

I think the point was that, no matter if the Matrix existed or not, we ultimately decide its influence on us.  Seems a good trick, to present the problem to us and have us all be so consumed by it.  But, I agree, it all comes down to a personal path.  I see no point in a true strive for existence if we are not ultimately integral and central to the process.

* When we start identifying wisdom with our ability to comprehend its form, what wisdom is that?
* Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
* People want platitudes, not progress.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Integral an central to what process?, i don´t understand that.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

The astonishing thing to me it´s that this so called "matrix" or capitalism, is based on every individual free will, in his use, not in his substraction. It cannot exist whithout that. Well, a lot of people spends his or her time thinking they haven´t free will to choose. They have free will to think that; but also, anything else. It´s paradoxical.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

The evidence of cuttings in "individual physical freedoms" that those times are carrying, are not those on mental freedom. Because man of those days is almost a physical-dependant one, all of them feel less free every time a new law changes that physical freedoms.

Prisons starts in our own mind, not in other´s, and nothing can excuse that for an individual mature enough to comprehend this, NOTHING.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Racsouran.  It seems to me that you are equating "The Matrix" with Capitalism.  That is not what people here are saying.

"The Matrix" is the term used to describe the mental prison in which people trap themselves.  "The Matrix" is all the combined factors that causes humanity to believe we have no freewill.  "The Matrix" simply put - is a prison for our minds.

It is that which causes us to believe we have no freedom.  "The Matrix" requires us to consciously use our free will and choices to activily live under it.

On a certain level (and outside factors) "The Matrix" is our own creation, and requires our participation to continue existing.

In the end; every human on this earth is responsible for the continuation of this system.  It does not elivate our responcibity, instead it hightens are responsibility and makes it even more vital.

Maybe it needs to be said again.  "The Matrix" is the exact samething you are describing here

Prisons starts in our own mind, not in others, and nothing can excuse that for an individual mature enough to comprehend this, NOTHING.

What you describe there is what others call "The Matrix".  Personally I feel the term is over used here - heck I use it a lot myself.  But then it is merely a label.  Trick is not to get distracted by labels.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Then the holistic father of that Matrix u describe is Capitalism; because all of those matrix parameters are exponsored by Capitalism. way of life and think.

Capitalism tries to expand not only in physical planes, but in mental, to expand his materialism to people mind ensuring his perpetual existence while there are people who ACCEPTs consciously to continue that capitalism i her own life, from the individual basis who is the very most stronge pillar of Capitalism.

If Capitalism is the empire, The "matrix" is the empire expanded in the mind. Capitalism exponsorize mental dependancy on that system by the media.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Any and all "isms" can be and are used to promulgate and enforce the "prison for our mind." There is the overarching delusion that starts the moment we are born, and which seems impossible to get out of. Yet since the dawn of mankind there have been spiritual paths aimed at getting out of this, and they work for the individual. Only the individual can make the choices to want to even begin to get out. It is the innate memory of who we truly are, outside of and beyond this illusion, which sparks the journey to this end of "escape"--escape from something which, though not real, appears to be real to anyone born, even the arrogant who think a mere glimpse beyond it equals overcoming it.

After that, or nested within that, so to speak, are subsets within subsets
of the "grand illusion" which serve to distract, to concretize control, and to give the human "something to do."

Any one who really can get out will go beyond all "isms" , yet be able to manifest the desired outcomes of those "isms" without himself becoming submerged in them. For good or ill.

Capitalism/ anti-Capitalism, Communism/ anti-communism, and so forth,
are bundled and interlinked problems, reactions, and solutions which are themselves a part of the Matrix. Essentially, they are superfluous dinosaurs of decadent solidity.
Some of the "good ideas" within the isms, however, are worthwhile and in fact vital, and are to be discovered to have been with us as possibities all along, ever-availabe, if once seen. But our task is to realize these
positive outcomes in a manner aligned with Higher Forces, as opposed to grasping at pre-formed political or philosophical systems, or their antidotes. These are important steps, that is, they allow us to discard the tendency, oh so very human, to get wrapped up in these mental environments, the wars for our minds, going on around us constantly.

It only seems like an impossible task. One second, impossible, the next second, with the right combination, the lock is sprung and you realize you are free. When you are free, you free others, and thus the ideal of "all for one and one for all" is reached without compromising individual integrity.

Re: The irresponsible people: the matrix fashion

Gee SednaSphere,

I really like every thing you wrote in this post. Resonates soo much with me.

One for all and all for one? Nice, very nice. Brought this song/verse into my head just now: "Why not help one another along the way; make it much easier, just a little bit easier. Say you just can't live that negative way, if you know what I mean. Make way for the positive day, coz it's a new day, a new sound, yes, it's a new feeling, a new time. Oh what a new day..." Positive Vibrations, Bob Marley

Btw, I've never seen the film The Matrix, though I know much about it from others' discussions of it; and I do appreciate and understand the metaphors therein. From all that I can discern, "the matrix" seems to me to be what I and others have long referred to as "Babylon".  Ism-this and ism-that, which you superbly articulated. Merci buckets!

Let freedom ring! smile
